Description du poste : Le poste de General Manager / Managing Director représente une occasion unique de prendre la tête d’une entreprise qui allie hospitalité, agritourisme et développement durable. Le candidat retenu sera chargé de diriger tous les aspects d’une entreprise en pleine expansion, y compris l’hébergement boutique, les expériences gastronomiques et viticoles, ainsi que l’agriculture régénérative.
Responsabilités clés :
- Surveiller les opérations quotidiennes, y compris l’hébergement et la restauration.
- Recruter, former et gérer une équipe performante, tant saisonnière que permanente.
- Être responsable de la totalité du P&L, avec une bonne compréhension du contrôle des coûts, de la budgétisation et de la prévision financière.
- Guider et mettre en œuvre un plan de croissance pluriannuel, englobant la construction et la rénovation des infrastructures existantes.
- Rethinker le modèle actuel de restaurant et développer de nouvelles offres axées sur le bien-être.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des partenaires externes, tels que des architectes et des entrepreneurs.
- Maintenir les normes les plus élevées en matière d’expérience client et d’esthétique opérationnelle.
- Agir en tant qu’ambassadeur de la marque et porte-parole public.
Profil recherché : La personne idéale est avant tout un constructeur d’expériences, non seulement un gestionnaire. Fort d’une expérience dans des environnements axés sur l’hospitalité ou le lifestyle, le candidat a peut-être dirigé un hôtel boutique ou un regroupement de restaurants indépendants. Une sensibilité à la qualité du service et un engagement envers la durabilité sont essentiels. Le candidat doit être stratégique tout en gardant une approche humaine, en étant capable de respecter les budgets tout en valorisant l’artisanat.
