Description du Poste
Votre Rôle : En tant que Data Scientist, vous serez au cœur de l’implémentation des modèles d’IA et des algorithmes destinés à résoudre des défis commerciaux complexes. Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Prendre en charge des initiatives en data science avec une approche proactive et orientée résultats.
- Analyser des ensembles de données complexes pour en extraire des insights significatifs.
- Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour définir les besoins métiers et développer des modèles statistiques.
- Utiliser des technologies de big data pour traiter et analyser des volumes importants de données.
- Développer des modèles prédictifs pour une utilisation en production.
- Réaliser des analyses exploratoires, du feature engineering et de la validation de modèles.
- Communiquer efficacement vos découvertes à des parties prenantes techniques et non techniques.
- Promouvoir un esprit critique et collaboratif au sein de l’équipe.
Profil Recherché
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat idéal devra posséder :
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en data science, axé sur la modélisation statistique et l’analyse prédictive.
- Maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que SQL et Python, ainsi que des frameworks de traitement distribué (Pyspark inclus).
- Familiarité avec des bibliothèques d’analytique avancée, notamment Tensorflow, Keras et Scikit-learn.
- Compréhension solide de l’analyse statistique et des tests d’hypothèses.
- Expérience avec des outils de visualisation de données comme Seaborn et Matplotlib.
- Compétences en communication excellentes pour travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Une attention particulière aux détails et des capacités de résolution de problèmes.
- Un diplôme en ingénierie, en IA ou en sciences informatiques est un atout.
- Fluence en anglais est exigée ; la connaissance de plateformes de cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) est un plus.

Your Profile
- 2 or more years of experience in data science roles with a focus on statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including SQL, Python, and distributed/cloud processing framework such as Pyspark.
- Exhibit familiarity with advanced analytics libraries/frameworks such as Tensorflow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Robust understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and various machine learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Seaborn, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and experience in distributed computing frameworks, either on-premises or in the cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills for addressing complex data challenges.
- Hold a solid academic foundation in a relevant discipline, such as Engineering, Data & AI, or Computer Sciences.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS is a plus)
- Mandatory fluency in English.
