Salsify s’engage à offrir des taux de rémunération compétitifs et équitables, en se basant sur la performance plutôt que sur l’ancienneté. Le salaire pour ce poste est compris entre 54 400 et 64 000 EUR. - Quantify, define, and plan critical go-to-market strategic initiatives, by leveraging in-depth market analysis and data-driven insights

What we’re looking for in you
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, product, technology, banking, analytics, or related experience
- You are a problem solver and are willing to do dive into the details to get things done
- You can translate data, ideas, systems, and cross-functional and external input into an operational strategy
- You have proven analytical skills and a track record of making data-driven decisions
- Excel or Google Sheets skills are a must
- You are comfortable in a highly-visible role and are an exceptional cross-functional collaborator with strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- You have strong organizational skills and/or project management experience (ability to manage multiple projects at the same time)
- You have demonstrated a track record of looking for ways to drive operational efficiency and process improvement
- The following are not required but are a bonus:
- Experience working in Retail and/or SaaS
- Competence in SQL and/or scripting
- Agile methodology understanding, Sprint planning, Jira experience
- Experience working in a global environment and across different cultures

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive.
