- Location: Kai Tak
- Working hours: Mon to Fri, 0830 – 1745
- 1 year contract, renewable
Responsibilities:
- Assist team in planning and formulating various community programmes to promote company image, and foster environmental awareness to target audiences
- Assist team to implement community events and projects to promote and encourage volunteerism internally
- Assist supervisors to oversee and manage the Company’s Volunteer Team
- Coordinate with internal and external parties including community partners, contractors and suppliers to organise and execute the programmes and projects
- Develop effective communication plans and communication materials for community programmes and corporate events, such as press releases, speeches, fact sheets, write-ups and other communication tools for publicity purposes
- Provide support to culture communications and staff engagement events
- Provide team support in budget control, record management, prepare necessary reports and online information updating
- Assist in cross-team support and ad hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- A recognised Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related disciplines
- A minimum of 5 years’ working experience, preferably in communications discipline with media, corporate or NGO background
- Strong planning and organising skills, ability to perform multitasking under pressure with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of social media and digital communications is an advantage
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Willing to take up extra duties and work outside office hour at different event venues when necessary
