Ready to get stuck in and grow fast?We’re looking for a PR & Social Assistant to join a fast-growing digital agency working with leading e-commerce brands. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with a creative eye, a curious mind, and a genuine passion for media, content, and all things social.You’ll support the delivery of digital and communications campaigns across PR, influencer partnerships, and organic social. You don’t need loads of experience – just strong organisational skills, a personable approach, and a willingness to learn.With big plans for growth in this part of the business, this is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience and build a career in digital communications.What You’ll Be Doing✔ Supporting PR campaigns – building media lists, distributing press releases, sending out samples, and tracking coverage
✔ Communicating with journalists – and keeping media contacts up to date
✔ Assisting with influencer gifting – outreach, logistics, content tracking, and relationship management
✔ Scheduling content – across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn and more
✔ Monitoring trends – using tools like Brandwatch, Emplifi and Looker Studio
✔ Helping manage communities – responding to comments, DMs, and mentions
✔ Creating content – contributing ideas and appearing on camera where needed
✔ Reporting – pulling together campaign and performance summaries
✔ Supporting shoots, influencer events, and activations
✔ Keeping campaigns running smoothly with solid admin supportWhat You’ll Bring to the Table🎯 Skills & Experience

• Based in or near Leeds/Harrogate, with the ability to work from the Harrogate office regularly
• Strong interest in PR, social media, influencer marketing, and digital culture
• Confident communicator – personable, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Comfortable contributing to content, including being on camera occasionally
• Super organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks

💡 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Internship, placement, or part-time experience in marketing, PR or content
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
• Knowledge of influencer platforms or social scheduling tools
