Building a network of local influencers and celebrities in Poland who can collaborate with our client.
Creating guest lists for the brand’s local events, attending events, managing influencers, briefing them on content creation and networking.
Suggesting appropriate influencers for various brands and events, taking into account the unique characteristics of each brand.
Identifying, sourcing and managing creators, suppliers and agencies, including establishing business agreements.
Suggesting optimal distribution channels for digital content and identifying new ones.
Work with the international team to create and present campaign plans to local teams, content creators and clients.
Planning and executing content, monitoring progress.
Understanding video production, coordinating shoots and working with production partners.

Building and executing influencer marketing strategyWorking in the international environment and with premium brands

2-3 years of experience in PR & influencer marketing in Poland with premium brands.
Strong network with local influencers and celebrities in the fashion or beauty industries.
Ability to build relationships and negotiation business terms with clients, influencers, creators and production agencies.
Creativity, presentation and organizational skills, strategic thinking.
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of video production.
