Le Mid Marketing Manager est un poste dynamique au sein d’une petite équipe agile à SAPIE. Ce rôle conviendra à ceux qui s’intéressent aux technologies, aux startups et à l’innovation, et qui souhaitent contribuer à un écosystème d’innovation en Slovaquie et dans l’UE. Les candidats doivent faire preuve d’enthousiasme pour la digitalisation et avoir un œil pour le détail.
Au sein de ce poste, le gestionnaire sera responsable de la création et de l’exécution d’une stratégie de communication marketing pour SAPIE et ses projets. Des fonctions variées l’attendent, notamment la coordination des activités de promotion, la gestion des relations avec les médias et l’organisation d’événements. Les membres de l’équipe apprécieront un environnement où la créativité est encouragée, et où chaque idée peut s’épanouir.
Responsabilités clés :
- Élaboration de stratégies de communication pour SAPIE et ses projets.
- Création de partenariats et gestion des relations médias.
- Promotion des projets au travers d’événements et d’activités de communication.
- Rédaction de contenus variés : communiqués de presse, blogs, newsletters.
- Gestion des réseaux sociaux, site web et visibilité médiatique.
Compétences :
- Expérience dans l’élaboration de stratégies marketing, en particulier dans le secteur B2B.
- Compétences rédactionnelles solides et connaissance du paysage médiatique slovaque.
- Capacités d’organisation, de planification et de coordination.
- Bonne maîtrise des tendances numériques et des médias sociaux.
- Compétences en outils tels que Google Drive et Microsoft Office.
- Anglais et slovaque à un niveau B2 minimum.

- Creation and execution of a marketing-communication strategy for SAPIE and for individual portfolio projects
- Building partnerships and communicating with the media
- Ensuring activities related to the promotion of projects
- Cooperation at events in terms of inviting the media and ensuring media visibility
- Preparation and monitoring of the financial plan for communication activities
- Planning and managing content for social networks, website, media
- Creation of newsletters, invitations
- Preparation of press releases, blogs
- Administrative activities related to the project
- Preparation of materials for addressing partners and sponsors
- Proactively help to make the project visible
- Coordination of the communication team
Skills:
- Experience with the creation and implementation of marketing and communication strategies, focus on the B2B segment and the area of digitization or innovation is an advantage
- Experience in writing, editing, proofreading press releases, quality written expression
- Good orientation in the Slovak media space
- Strong, versatile copywriting skills
- Good organisational, planning and coordination skills
- Strong creative skills
- Structuredness, independence, flexibility and proactivity
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media
- High-quality written speech to achieve the best possible effectiveness of communication
- Google Drive & Microsoft office package knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (B2)
