Description du poste : PREMIER MEN’s CRICKET COACHHOWICK PAKURANGA CRICKET CLUBAbout the roleThe Howick Pakuranga Cricket Club is seeking Expressions of Interest for an experienced and passionate Premier Men’s Cricket Coach. This role is based at Lloyd Elsmore Park in Auckland and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success of our premier men’s squad.What you’ll be doing
- Overseeing all aspects of training, coaching and match preparation
- Developing and implementing effective training programmes to improve skills and fitness
- Providing tactical guidance and support to the team during matches
- Working to identify and develop talented players and preparing them for higher level cricket
- Overseeing the selection process including all communications
- Maintaining club values, and ensuring a positive culture and environment
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience as a cricket coach, preferably at a premier or representative level
- Strong knowledge of cricket tactics, technical skills and player development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in building and developing positive team cultures
- Strong people management skills with a collaborative approach to achieving success
- Relevant coaching qualifications or certifications
What we offerThis is a part-time fixed term contract role offering a competitive remuneration package subject to experience and qualification.
