Description du poste

En tant que Consultant Presales Junior, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en collaborant avec des équipes commerciales, des prospects ainsi que des clients existants. Vous aiderez à cerner et définir les besoins des clients, tout en démontrant comment les solutions ERP, EAM et de gestion des services d’IFS peuvent générer des résultats positifs pour leurs organisations.

La maîtrise de l’arabe et la condition d’être résident saoudien sont des critères essentiels pour ce poste. Le consultant devra dialoguer étroitement avec des parties prenantes externes, telles que des équipes de gestion technique et d’architecture, pour positionner IFS comme le partenaire privilégié dans l’adoption de ses solutions. Ce rôle implique également le soutien au consultant presales principal, afin d’assurer la liaison entre les clients et les équipes de livraison locales et offshore.

Responsabilités clés

• Apporter une voix forte aux clients : Vous jouerez un rôle de conseiller de confiance tout en mettant en avant votre expertise technique, sectorielle et commerciale pour répondre aux attentes de vos clients.
• Compréhension approfondie des besoins : Développez une compréhension détaillée des exigences commerciales et techniques des clients.
• Framework d’architecture de solution : Aidez à définir la vision et l’architecture des systèmes pour soutenir la vente de solutions à un niveau d’entreprise.
• Support aux grands changements : Apportez des solutions technologiques pour faciliter la transformation à travers de grandes plateformes.
• Expertise technique : Fournissez votre expertise en architecture technique pour garantir un design de solution approprié.
• Couverture d’événements clients : Participer aux événements pour représenter l’entreprise et ses solutions.
• Modèle de vente provocateur : Intégrez des perspectives architecturales au modèle de vente actuel.

Qualifications requises

• Expérience : 1 à 2 ans en presales consulting, de préférence dans la livraison de logiciels.
• Connaissance des ERP : Avoir une compréhension des systèmes ERP et/ou de la gestion des actifs.
• Compétences interpersonnelles : Créativité et curiosité, avec une capacité à communiquer efficacement et à influencer la direction des solutions auprès de publics techniques et non techniques.
• Prestations convaincantes : Savoir réaliser des démonstrations de produits captivantes.
• Formation : Diplôme universitaire en affaires, science, ingénierie, technologie ou domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
• Esprit critique : Aptitude à résoudre des problèmes avec un jugement éclairé en se basant sur les tendances du marché et les attentes des clients.
• Résilience : Être proactif et curieux de nature, avec une volonté de voyager (environ 50 % du temps).
• Bilinguisme : La maîtrise de l’anglais et de l’arabe est indispensable.

Join IFS.Job DescriptionAt IFS, as a Junior Presales Consultant, you will collaborate with account teams, prospects and existing customers to qualify and scope requirements, with a view to helping them understand how IFS ERP, EAM and Service Management Solutions will deliver positive outcomes for their organization.Arabic speakers and Saudi Residents only.You will need to be comfortable having close dialogue with external stakeholders, including technical management, and architectural teams to position IFS as the partner of choice for the adoption and enablement of IFS solutions in our core industry verticals. Often, you will support the PreSales lead consultant interfacing between our customer and local & offshore delivery teams.Our customers are typically mid to large enterprises covering six key verticals; Aerospace & Defense, Energy/Utilities & Resources, Manufacturing, Engineering/Constriction & Infrastructure, Service and Telecoms. As such this role will have industry knowledge in some of those industries to act as a trusted advisor and key technology ambassador for our customers in positioning our key solutions.As this is a customer facing role focused on providing complex solutions, you need to be comfortable working in a multi-faceted role that will include requirements gathering, solution configuration, delivering both detailed solution presentations, and delivering demos at trade shows and the like. • In this role, you will be a strong voice for our customers, bringing technical, industry and business acumen to the forefront to meet our customer’s needs
• Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and technical needs
• Develop solution architecture framework to support solution selling on an enterprise level. Help to provide vision, define system and application architecture, problem anticipation and problem-solving ability across the landscape
• Support change across large platforms / functional areas using technology solutions
• Provide software / hardware technical architecture expertise to ensure proper solution design
• Interface with all Pre-Sales Solutions Architects globally (and build a community) to train, mentor, guide through new solution architecture framework.
• Provide coverage for key customer-facing events.
• Build link to provocative selling model to ensure architecture views are properly integrated.

Qualifications

• Background in presales consulting, with 1 to 2 years+ of experience with software presales/delivery
• An understanding of ERP and/or Enterprise Asset Management.
• Interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences alike across all organizational levels.
• Ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on market and customer trends – go beyond the status quo.
• Resilient, proactive, and inquisitive by nature
• Must be willing to travel (approximately 50% or more)
• Fluency in English & Arabic essential
