Ce poste crucial se situe au sein du nouveau pôle Business Services de SimCorp, chargé de proposer des services informatiques de gestion d’investissements (IAS), d’opérations d’investissement (IOS) et de gestion des données (DMS). L’objectif est de favoriser l’adoption efficace des plateformes technologiques, garantissant ainsi l’efficacité opérationnelle.

Responsabilités Clés

En tant que Principal Derivatives/Collateral Operations Specialist, vous serez impliqué dans plusieurs missions essentielles :

  • Développement de solutions tactiques : Établir des solutions à court terme pour soutenir les opérations de l’équipe.
  • Gestion de l’agenda de standardisation : Agir en tant que garant de l’harmonisation en interne et avec les parties prenantes.
  • Collaboration lors de projets d’intégration : Participer comme expert lors de l’embarquement des clients sur les systèmes.
  • Formation : Conduire des sessions de formation et guider vos collègues sur l’utilisation optimale des systèmes.

Profil Recherché

  • Expérience : Plus de 10 ans d’expertise dans *SimCorp Dimension* et connaissance approfondie des opérations de dérivés et de collatéraux.
  • Compétences analytiques : Aptitude à identifier les problèmes et à proposer des solutions viables.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles : Capacité à établir des relations durables et collaboratives.
  • Communication : Excellentes capacités de communication, à la fois à l’oral et à l’écrit en anglais.
  • Formation : Diplôme en finance, gestion, ou domaine connexe. Un MBA ou des certifications telles que le CFA sont un atout.

Ensuring effective adoption of our technology platforms is crucial to ensure we reach our full potential which is why this role is essential to us.To support the standardization agenda and hereby enhance the operational efficiency across the platform we are looking for IOS and IAS Super User. You will act as an internal expert in Business Services, a change agent and support our Investment Accounting Team (IAS) and Investment Operations team (IOS) with daily operations.This position will work closely with the Business Services operations team to provide technical support and will take part in facilitating organizational change to ensure successful adoption of new systems and ways of working.The position requires a deep understanding of SimCorp Dimension with focus on transaction processing, reconciliation, asset servicing and accounting (IBOR/ABOR areas). You will be expected to participate in Client Onboarding projects as a subject matter expert and will report to Head of Business Development & Scaling.WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Making tactical short-term solutions to support the operations team in Business Services.
  • Safekeeper of the standardisation agenda internally in Business Services and towards internal stakeholder
  • Support the dialogue internally in Business Solutions about short term vs. long term solutions.
  • Support day-to-day Business Services operations team with technical support as an internal expert
  • Support client onboarding projects as SME
  • Conduct training sessions, and guide colleagues on how to use the system efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to identify business process improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to evaluate the benefits of implementing Standard Release cycle changes.

  • +10 years of profound SimCorp Dimension skills – IOS (IBOR) / IAS (ABOR)
  • Profound experience within the Derivatives and Collateral space
  • Problem-solving skills to identify problems, analyze them, and propose solutions.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy, completeness of deliverables and a service mindset.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of financial technology and business processes, especially with asset managers, pension funds, insurance companies or Asset servicers.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) are beneficial.
