Responsabilités clés
- Leadership technique : Guidez et inspirez votre équipe d’experts en assurant l’intégration de SoCs complexes.
- Gestion des travaux : Évaluez, planifiez et suivez les tâches de votre équipe pour atteindre les jalons du projet.
- Architecture au niveau des puces : Interprétez les exigences produits et développez des architectures de puces et des concepts de gestion de l’énergie.
- Estimation de la taille et de la consommation d’énergie des puces : Utilisez votre expertise pour fournir des estimations précises.
- Travail d’équipe collaboratif : Favorisez un travail en étroite collaboration avec la gestion de projet, les architectes systèmes, et les équipes d’intégration.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal est une personne autonome, avec une forte orientation sur la performance, la qualité et l’efficacité. Une expérience en développement de technologies semi-conductrices est essentielle pour générer des valeurs ajoutées par des solutions innovantes. De plus, une communication claire est cruciale pour assurer la coopération au sein de l’équipe et entre pairs.
Compétences requises
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire (Master) en Génie Électrique, Informatique ou domaine équivalent.
- Expérience : Plus de 5 ans dans le domaine du Design Numérique.
- Leadership : Expérience dans la direction technique d’une équipe d’experts.
- Langages de conception : Maîtrise de SystemVerilog et/ou Verilog/VHDL pour les tâches de conception et de vérification RTL.
- Intégration de SoCs : Familiarité avec l’intégration des SoCs complexes et Design for Test (DFT).
- Gestion de l’énergie : Connaissance du format UPF pour gérer les intentions d’énergie dans la conception.
- Automatisation : Compétences en langages de script comme Python ou Perl.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais, compétences en allemand appréciées.
Conditions de travail

You will be responsible for the SoC integration of advanced microcontrollers, ensuring the successful execution of the entire product development process from RTL generation to layout sign-off.Your new role at a glance:
- Technical leadership: Guide and inspire your team of experts, ensuring the top-level integration of complex SoCs
- Work package management: Estimate, plan, and track the work packages of yourself and your team members to meet project milestones effectively
- Chip-level architecture: Interpret product requirements and implement chip-level architectures and SoC power concepts
- Chip size and power estimation: Utilize your expertise to estimate chip size and power consumption accurately
- Collaborative teamwork: Foster close cooperation with project management, system architects, IP vendors, functional verification, and the integration team for seamless project execution
You are a self-motivated individual with a strong focus on performance, quality, and efficiency. Your experience in semiconductor technology development allows you to generate value through innovative solutions. Your open and clear communication style ensures successful cooperation within your team and peers.Your toolkit for success includes:
- A university degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- 5+ years of professional experience in the field of Digital Design
- Experience in technically leading a team of experts, motivating them to achieve outstanding results
- Proficiency in SystemVerilog and / or Verilog / VHDL for RTL design and verification tasks
- Experience with top-level integration of complex SoCs and Design for Test (DFT)
- Familiarity with UPF (Unified Power Format) to manage power intent in the design
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Perl to enhance design automation and productivity
- Fluency in English. German skills are a plus
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/).
