- Develop and organize new sports programs and major sports events
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotions and marketing campaigns
- Act as a sports ambassador, representing the club professionally and promoting its activities, events and facilities
- Prepare and present proposals to management, coordinate quotes and contracts to potential clients
- Negotiate terms and pricing to secure event bookings and maximize revenue
- Any ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, graduated in Sports and Leisure Management will be an advantage
- 5 years relevant work experience and 3 years in supervisory level
- Passionate and knowledgeable about a wide variety of sports
- Outgoing, proactive and willing to take up challenges
- Required to work on shift hours including holidays
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
