Mission du Poste

En tant que Principal/Sr. Manager en Planification et Gestion des Inventaires, le titulaire du poste jouera un rôle clé dans la gestion stratégique de l’inventaire, essentiel pour maintenir la satisfaction client et le partenariat avec les fournisseurs. Le candidat idéal doit posséder une aptitude à résoudre des problèmes complexes et une volonté de contribuer de manière significative au quotidien des clients et des partenaires.

Responsabilités Principales

Les missions incluent, mais ne se limitent pas à :

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients et les fournisseurs pour garantir la disponibilité des produits au bon moment et au bon endroit.
• Collaborer avec les équipes transversales pour dépasser les attentes des clients en matière de disponibilité des produits.
• Stimuler la croissance de l’entreprise en assurant un approvisionnement constant des articles souhaités.
• Optimiser les relations avec les fournisseurs par la gestion des indicateurs tels que les délais et les taux de remplissage.
• Utiliser des analyses de données pour prioriser les actions impactantes visant à atteindre les résultats d’affaires clés.
• Identifier les causes profondes des problèmes et développer des solutions efficaces.
• Gérer le processus de commande tout en équilibrant les priorités commerciales concurrentes.
• Encadrer le développement de processus pour améliorer continuellement les systèmes de prévision et de gestion des inventaires.

Qualifications Essentielles

Les candidats doivent remplir les critères suivants :

• Expérience : Minimum de 8 ans dans des domaines tels que la prévision de la demande, la gestion des commandes et l’approvisionnement.
• Éducation : Un diplôme universitaire dans les domaines associés à la chaîne d’approvisionnement.
• Compétences Communicationnelles : Excellentes capacités orales et écrites, avec une attention particulière aux détails.
• Proactivité : Un désir fort d’évoluer et de relever des défis constants.
• Données : Capacité à utiliser des données pour des analyses significatives, avec une forte maîtrise d’Excel et de SQL.
• Collaboration : Expérience dans un environnement de vente et d’opérations, idéalement dans le secteur de l’e-commerce ou du retail.

As we rapidly scale this highly visible new market, we are looking for smart and driven leaders who want to solve tough problems and make a meaningful impact to the lives of customers and vendors in Taiwan. The Instock team is a critical team in Coupang, by managing inventory to build and maintain new selection while controlling costs such as overstock. The team works closely with cross-functional teams including business/vendor managers, supply chain, product, program and finance to deliver a world class e-commerce shopping experience.What you will do?

• Work backwards from the needs of the customers and vendors to deliver the right inventory, at the right time, and at the right place.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure that customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed
• Drive business growth by ensuring that customer desired items are always in-stock and sufficiently stocked up
• Partner with vendors at the right cadence to optimize metrics such as lead-time, and fill-rate
• Utilize data to effectively prioritize the most impactful actions to deliver key business results.
• Effectively dive deep to identify the root cause of issues, develop solutions and implement the solve.
• Manage ordering process and systems to effectively balance competing business priorities.
• Guide the development of processes and controls to monitor behavior of Forecasting, Inbound, and Inventory Management systems and continuously improve existing capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain-related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with vendors to deliver business results.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority.
• Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges.
• Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence.
• Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a plus.
• Ability to set lofty goals with the relentless drive and ownership to constantly challenge what is possible.
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; in e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.
