Based in Korea, you will partner with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies to build world-class executive talent pipelines, directly impacting the growth and innovation of our organization.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior internal customers to understand their hiring needs
  • Devise and implement a targeted global search strategy
  • Build global executive talent pipelines
  • Drive recruitment intelligence through our internal CRM platform
  • Attract top-tier technical talent to Seoul
  • Present a superior company pitch and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility
  • Influence at the offer stage and negotiate successfully
  • Partner with the Global Mobility Team to facilitate candidate relocation
  • Improve recruitment processes and drive best practices across the organization

Required Skills:

  • Analytical thinker with experience in a fast-paced, data-driven, entrepreneurial culture
  • Bias for action and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Sound business judgment with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with executives
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills in an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience in a tier-1 internet company or high-growth challenger brand
  • Agency experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
