Le Principal Responsable des Opérations IT joue un rôle essentiel dans la définition, l’implémentation et l’exécution des stratégies technologiques au sein de l’entreprise. Cette position se concentre sur le soutien des objectifs commerciaux en développant des fonctions d’opérations IT qui répondent aux exigences de l’organisation.
Objectifs de la Fonction
Le titulaire du poste devra :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies informatiques qui anticipent des enjeux complexes et identifient des opportunités.
- Évaluer et conseiller sur les impacts des nouvelles technologies et des initiatives de planification à long terme.
- Gérer la stratégie d’informations commerciales pour optimiser la productivité et améliorer les performances.
Responsabilités Clés
Stratégie Fonctionnelle et Implémentation
- Formuler et exécuter une stratégie technologique adaptée aux besoins de l’entreprise.
- Analyser et ajuster les processus pour maximiser l’efficacité.
Gestion des Relations Internes
- Établir des partenariats solides avec d’autres départements pour assurer une communication fluide et répondre aux besoins des clients internes.
- Assurer la qualité des conseils fournis aux équipes afin de soutenir les objectifs commerciaux.
Sécurité de l’Information et Gestion des Risques
- Mettre en œuvre des mesures de sécurité robustes pour protéger les infrastructures IT et garantir conformité réglementaire.
Exigences du Poste
Formation :
- Diplôme de niveau supérieur en Informatique ou domaine équivalent. Un MBA est un atout majeur.
Expérience :
- Minimum de 18 ans dans les opérations IT, avec 15 ans en gestion des services.
- Certification Agile, connaissance des cadres de gouvernance IT (COBIT, ITIL).
Compétences Souhaitées
- Connaissance approfondie de Azure DevOps et des API.
- Maîtrise des outils tels que MS Project et JIRA.
- Expérience dans le secteur Fintech et ICT est un atout.
