Le poste de Process Manager, Platforms & Processes est centré sur l’établissement de processus liés à Wealth Management Lending (WML) et sur la mise en place d’un suivi des prêts. Le candidat idéal sera responsable des améliorations des systèmes pour faciliter l’automatisation et la simplification des processus. Cette position exige une collaboration étroite avec divers intervenants pour mettre en œuvre des changements réglementaires et internes.

- Bilinguisme en anglais et chinois, compétences en communication et organisation.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projets.
- Titres requis : Licence de confiance (信託) obligatoire, autres licences souhaitées.

Processes
- Owner to support WML related process establishment and lending monitoring setup.
- Owner to support corresponding system enhancement to facilitate process enhancement, simplification and automation.
- Owner to facilitate new WM product sales process and closely cooperate with stakeholders to implement regulatory or internal policy required change.
Risk Management
- Ensure adequate procedures/controls are in place for risk prevention.
- Escalate operational risk to line manager and BRM if any.
- Regularly review DOI and Memo to ensure internal standards / external regulations are complied.
Governance
- Ensure all assurance deliverables are as per the required standards and policies.
- Ensure regular engagement and management of process change and all relevant risk requirements.
- Follow Group’s code and conduct and value behaviours.
- Comply with regulations and Group’s standards.
- Complete all the mandatory training courses.

- Facility control and compliance for WM related business and support business growth

Qualifications
- 5 years above of financial institution experience either from Banks, Wealth Management related business or WML business background.
- Familiar with TW WM related regulations.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to co-work with global teams.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills.
- MS office skill required, excelled at Word/PPT/Excel, etc.
- Multi-tasking and project management experience is a plus.
- Education Bachelor or above Degree holder.
- Licenses Trust License(信託) – mandatory
- Security license(證券) – nice to have
