Dans cette fonction essentielle, le Procurement Category Specialist jouera un rôle clé dans la stratégie de sourcing de l’entreprise. Ce poste demande une interaction significative avec les clients et les fournisseurs, tout en contribuant à l’optimisation des coûts et à la transformation des catégories de dépenses.

Responsabilités Clés

• Sourcing : Fournir un soutien en matière de sourcing sous la direction des supérieurs hiérarchiques, contribuant à des niveaux d’excellence opérationnelle.
• Engagement Client : Assurer le succès des clients en respectant les engagements contractuels à un niveau de catégorie.
• Analyse et Reporting : Évaluer les opportunités d’amélioration en analysant les livrables de catégorie et en soutenant la création de rapports.
• Stratégie Intégrée : Participer à des stratégies de sourcing pour générer des économies tout en intégrant la gestion des dépenses accessoires et la consolidation des fournisseurs.
• Communication : Négocier et établir des relations avec les parties prenantes clés à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.

Qualifications Requises

• Formation : Licence (Bachelor’s Degree) requise, Master (Master’s Degree) souhaité.
• Expérience : Minimum de 2 à 5 ans dans le domaine du sourcing, idéalement dans les catégories de dépenses indirectes, avec une expertise en marketing.
• Compétences Linguistiques : Maîtrise de l’anglais, d’autres langues européennes sont un atout.

Expertise Technique et Professionnelle

• Expérience avérée en gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs et en négociation.
• Compétences en communication solides, avec une capacité démontrée à travailler dans un environnement matriciel.
• Sens de la collaboration et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.

Avantages Supplémentaires

Une expérience avec des outils comme Ariba, SAP, et Coupa est un avantage mais non obligatoire. La familiarité avec la création de tableaux de bord et l’analyse de données est également recherchée.

• You will provide sourcing support as assigned by the Delivery Sourcing Manager and Client Category Lead and contribute to operational levels of excellence.

• You will own primary responsibility to achieve client success against all contractual commitments at a category level.
• You will be responsible to understand category deliverables, savings commitments, milestones, and obligations- includes supporting reporting, analytical readouts that recognize opportunities to improve.
• You will contribute to integrated sourcing strategy which delivers savings and drives category transformation through time. Deliver and execute on sourcing events to support the strategy, including tail spend management and supplier consolidation.
• You will communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers through all levels of organization, primary interface to key category client stakeholders.
• You will have the responsibility for achieving best overall value for IBM’s client when acquiring or contracting for goods and services.
• You will develop and maintain effective relationships with key client stakeholders, to understand and interpret their requirements and longer term strategies to ensure procurement can meet and exceed where possible these requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary experience
• At least 2-5 years of sourcing related experience preferably in indirect procurement categories, specifically in the Marketing category
• Fluent English language skills
• Demonstrated negotiation expertise
• Supplier relationship management expertise
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Proactive character and collaboration/teaming techniques
• Able to juggle multiple priorities in a matrix environment
• Apply Business Controls Requirements
• Apply skills to ensure high client and stakeholder satisfaction

Preferred technical and professional experienceExperience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary. You can learn them at IBM:

• Technology: Ariba, SAP, Coupa, MS Office suite, Outlook
• Experience with dashboards, data and reporting
• Category specific expertise

The subsequent skills are considered advantageous:

• Master degree
• End to end sourcing processes background
• Fluency in European languages: German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish etc.
• Marketing category expertise
