Situé à Montevideo, ce HUB regroupe plus de 1 000 employés, offrant des services variés dans les domaines de la finance, des achats, de la logistique, entre autres.
Votre Rôle au sein de l’Entreprise
Objectif Principal : L’analyste sera responsable de l’analyse et de la fourniture d’informations pertinentes sur les stocks afin de réduire l’impact des coûts de produits sur les unités d’affaires.
Tâches Principales
- Réaliser la valorisation mensuelle des stocks selon le coût standard et le coût réel.
- Analyser les variations mensuelles des coûts réels, coût standard et des ordres de production.
- Soutenir la définition et le maintien du plan opérationnel annuel, englobant les coûts fixes et les taux variables de production.
- Calculer et comptabiliser les provisions relatives aux stocks selon la méthodologie GAIN.
- Faciliter la communication des livrables de processus pour tenir informés tous les parties prenantes.
- Mettre en œuvre des améliorations continues des processus à travers de nouvelles technologies.
Exigences du Poste
- Formation : Étudiant avancé ou diplômé en Comptabilité, Administration des affaires ou Économie.
- Expérience : Plus de 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans des rôles financiers.
- Langues : Anglais avancé requis ; le portugais est un atout.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office, expertise en Excel et expérience avec SAP.
- Compétences Interpersonnelles : Capacité analytique, sens de l’autonomie, compétences en communication, et approche proactive.

We offer professional solutions in finance, purchasing, reporting, logistics, technology, human resources, projects, communication, legal matters, environment, safety, health, and qualityArea:At the Montevideo HUB, we have the Business Reporting (BR) area, which covers activities such as cost center accounting, inventory costing, fixed assets, capital projects, and the preparation of profit and loss statements broken down by business unit. These activities generate information that we transform into reports to support decision-making for business and service units across the Americas.Main Objective of the Position:Analyze and provide useful information on inventories to mitigate significant impacts on product costs to business units.Main Tasks:
- Perform the monthly valuation of inventories at standard cost and actual cost according to monthly month-end schedule.
- Analyze monthly variations of actual cost, standard cost, and production orders.
- Support in the definition and maintenance of annual operating plan that includes fixed production costs as well as variable rates.
- Calculate and account for provisions for low turnover, net realizable value and / or replacement price of inventories according to closing schedule (GAIN methodology)
- Assist to communicate process deliverables to ensure all stakeholders are kept informed on progress and issues/resolutions.
- Implement continuous improvement of processes through new technologies and systems actively supporting the horizontal team.
Minimum Education and Qualification Requirements for the Position:
- Education | Advanced student or graduate of Accountant, Business Administration, Economics.
- Work Experience | More than 4 years of professional experience in financial roles.
- Languages | Advanced level of English is mandatory. Portuguese is valued.
- Technical Skills | Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience using SAP.
- Soft Skills | Analytical skills with a strong focus on customer needs and problem-solving. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively. Proactive and autonomous approach. Strong communication skills.
