Le Department of Facility Computer Integrated Manufacturing (FDCIM), rattaché au Intelligent Manufacturing Center (IMC) de TSMC, est responsable du développement et de la maintenance de plusieurs produits technologiques essentiels, notamment :
- Produits de reporting liés à la fabrication pour les usines de wafers.
- Systèmes opérationnels numériques pour la gestion des installations.
- Applications d’analyse des données massives pour la gestion des installations.
- Algorithmes et systèmes d’application liés à l’IA et au machine learning.
Responsabilités et Compétences
Le candidat retenu aura pour responsabilités majeures de :
- Développer et maintenir des systèmes et algorithmes AI/ML.
- Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour identifier et résoudre des problèmes d’affaires en utilisant des techniques AI/ML.
- Concevoir et implémenter des modèles de machine learning et des pipelines de données.
- Tester et valider les modèles AI pour leur précision, scalabilité et efficacité.
- Déployer des solutions AI dans des environnements de production.
Le poste nécessitera également des compétences dans les langages de programmation tels que HTML, CSS et JavaScript. Une attention particulière sera apportée à l’optimisation des applications web pour garantir rapidité et scalabilité.
Exigences
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Diplôme de Master ou de Doctorat en informatique, data science ou domaine connexe.
- Compétences solides en programmation dans des langages tels que Python, Java ou C++.
- Expérience avec des frameworks de machine learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Connaissance des structures de données, algorithmes et analyses statistiques.
Des compétences sur des plateformes de cloud computing et des systèmes distribués sont également requises.

Development and maintenance of engineering-related report products for wafer fabs. 3. Development and maintenance of digital operation system products for facility management. 4. Development and maintenance of big data application system products for facility management. 5. Development and maintenance of facility management AI and machine learning related algorithm development and application system products. FDCIM also employs software engineering and modular development techniques, combined with high-performance database application technologies, to develop systematized software with a unified version control system that accommodates different time zones and languages globally. In addition to its regular software product development work, FDCIM is also engaged in the research and development of new technologies, including the application of DevOps, Microservices, MLOps, AIOps, and more. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain AI/ML systems and algorithms 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using AI/ML techniques 3. Design and implement machine learning models and data pipelines 4. Test and validate AI models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency 5. Deploy AI solutions to production environments 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and industry trends 7. Write clean and efficient code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript 8.
