Description du poste
En tant que **Product Manager** pour le moteur d’application produit, vous aurez un rôle clé, notamment :
- Agir en tant qu’interface pour la zone produit Powertrain/Engine au sein de notre entrepôt central.
- Collaborer pour contrôler la qualité et surveiller les normes des produits moteurs.
- Évaluer et traiter les données relatives à la qualité des produits.
- Création de documents spécifiques au produit, y compris images, rapports de test, et instructions d’assemblage.
- Travail de projet tant au niveau national qu’international.
- Conseil transdépartemental sur les questions techniques liées aux produits et solutions de réparation.
- Recherche de données sur les concurrents, les flottes et les véhicules.
- Responsabilité globale des données programmatiques et matérielles.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent apporter des qualifications spécifiques :
- Formation de mécanicien automobile ou technicien en mécatronique.
- Expérience professionnelle dans un atelier automobile ou le commerce de pièces automobiles.
- Maîtrise de la langue allemande à un niveau professionnel (écrit et oral) et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais.
- Solides connaissances en MS Office (particulièrement Excel) et expérience avec SAP R/3.
- Capacité à voyager entre les différents sites en Allemagne et à l’entrepôt Schaeffler.
- Une bonne compréhension des technologies automobiles et des notions d’électromobilité serait un atout.
- Possession d’un permis de travail valide pour la République tchèque.

- Interface function for the Powertrain/Engine product area in our central warehouse
- Collaboration in quality control/support in monitoring the quality standard of engine products in our central warehouse
- Product-specific support of value-adding processes in our central warehouse for the Powertrain/Engine product area
- Creation of product-specific documents such as images, test reports, shipping information, assembly drawings
- Evaluation and processing of data checks with regard to product-specific data quality (validation, testing)
- Evaluations of technical drawings from manufacturers or manufacturing plants
- Project work in a national and international environment
- Creation of service information, product information and repair instructions
- Project work in a national and international environment
- Creation of service information, product information and repair instructions
- Support for the technical editorial team in the creation of repair videos for media portals
- Cross-departmental and cross-location advice on technical issues relating to product and repair solutions and their vehicle applications
- Research and analysis of competitor, fleet and vehicle data for the system and maintenance of product and material master data along the entire product life cycle
- Creation and evaluation of gap analyses
- Market observation and benchmarking of competitors
- Initiation and definition of the content of new product launches and product selection
- Determination of vehicle-specific and product-specific application data
- Interface function between specialist departments
- Responsible for the development and creation of repair solutions from a technical perspective
- Definition of catalog content through to catalog output for e.g. digital media
- Global responsibility for program, material and product master data and their specifications
- Transfer of OE Schaeffler products with coordination and initiation of processes (RFQ, RFMM) to the aftermarket
Your Qualifications
- Vocationally trained as a car mechanic/mechatronics technician
- Proven professional experience in an automotive workshop or in the automotive parts trade
- Mandatory business fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
- Training or further training as a quality manager with initial professional experience in the automotive parts trade
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as in SAP R/3 and confident handling of product database systems is an advantage
- Business fluent English
- High willingness to travel between the locations in Germany and the central Schaeffler Vehicle Lifetime Solutions Warehouse
- Independent, goal-oriented & structured approach is required
- Strong ability to work in a team, flexibility as well as good communication and motivation skills
- Sound knowledge in the field of vehicle and/or machine technology.
- Experience in handling common EPC programs (electronic parts catalogs) desirable
- Market assessment and knowledge of the competition advantageous
- Commercial experience and a good understanding of numbers
- Knowledge of electromobility, combined drives (hybrid) and mechatronics advantageous.
- Detailed knowledge of the structure and function of vehicle assemblies, with experience in vehicle repair
- Valid work permit for Czech Republic
