Description du Poste

Nous recherchons un Product Manager expérimenté, orienté sur le consommateur, qui contribuera à offrir la meilleure expérience client possible. Ce rôle implique la gestion des produits technologiques dans le domaine des applications mobiles, l’impulsion de l’innovation, et la direction des efforts de développement produit.

Responsabilités Principales

• Participer au développement de la vision et de la stratégie produit.
• Créer et gérer une feuille de route produit adaptée à un groupe de développement interfonctionnel.
• Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins et co-développer des solutions pour stimuler la croissance.
• Diriger une équipe interfonctionnelle pour concevoir et livrer des produits avec votre partenaire en ingénierie.
• Mesurer l’impact commercial des produits lancés et optimiser l’expérience utilisateur.
• Établir des relations de confiance avec les parties prenantes et gérer leurs attentes.
• Utiliser les données pour anticiper les risques et prioriser les objectifs commerciaux.

Qualifications Requises

• Environ 3 ans d’expérience dans la création de produits d’applications mobiles à fort impact.
• Expérience pertinente dans le développement d’applications mobiles.
• Compétence en anglais et en français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
• Passion pour la création de valeur à long terme et l’efficacité des résultats.
• Capacité à penser stratégiquement tout en étant opérationnel.
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
• Esprit entrepreneurial et capacité à naviguer dans l’ambiguïté.

• Expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe mondiale de parties prenantes dans un environnement matriciel.

• Participate in product vision and strategy development
• Create a product roadmap for a cross-functional group of development team(s)’s scope you work with. You will own your roadmap, measure performance, keep your pulse on the customers and stakeholders, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, and take acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customers and business
• Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand their businesses and co-develop potential solutions to supercharge growth, improve marketing efficiency, and increase automation.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team of engineers and other internal partners to envision, build, and deliver products to business with your engineering partner
• Lead your teams to deliver business impact by launching and iteratively optimizing products that improve our user experience in ways that lead to scalable, measurable gains in metrics that you will largely define
• Act as a partner genuinely committed to the needs of the customer/user and the success of the business
• Autonomously establish and maintain collaborative, trusting relationships with stakeholders who are roughly their peers and manage more senior stakeholders with the support of their manager
• Leverage data to understand risks, impacts, scope and priorities of our business objectives, and enable the team to drive results

Requirements:

• Around 3 years of experience building high-impact mobile app products
• Experience in mobile app development
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and French
• Passionate about scale, bias for outcomes and long-term value
• Deep understanding of business strategy and metrics
• Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically
• Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias for action and ability to deal with extreme ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.

• Nice to have:

• Experience managing and influencing a global team of stakeholders in a matrix environment
