Description de la mission : Le rôle de Senior Product Manager chez Too Good To Go est fondamental dans le développement de la solution de dons, permettant aux détaillants et aux magasins de redistribuer leur surplus alimentaire à des organismes caritatifs. Cette initiative s’inscrit dans un contexte où l’entreprise cherche à élargir son impact face à la crise du gaspillage alimentaire et à l’insécurité alimentaire.
Responsabilités Principales
Le Senior Product Manager aura pour responsabilité de :
- Définir la stratégie produit, incluant l’élaboration d’OKR et de roadmaps.
- Aligner les parties prenantes autour d’une vision claire.
- Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales pour identifier les problématiques à résoudre.
- Établir des relations avec des réseaux caritatifs et organisations communautaires.
- Collaboration avec les équipes de design et d’ingénierie pour garantir la qualité et la pertinence des produits.
- Utiliser des données et des analyses pour orienter les décisions de produit.
Exigences et Compétences
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent démontrer :
- Une expérience en gestion de produits ou dans des rôles connexes.
- Une maîtrise de l’anglais et d’excellentes compétences en communication.
- Une capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique nécessitant innovation continue.
- Une expérience avérée dans le lancement de produits.
- De solides compétences analytiques pour utiliser les données dans la prise de décision.
Compétences supplémentaires appréciées :

All of this waste has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.The Retail Technologies teams at Too Good To Go are working on our new software solutions, the , used directly by stores to track and redistribute surplus food seamlessly. This B2B app, connected to our consumer marketplace, helps stores better manage expiry dates by; detecting products that are about to expire, recommending what to do with them, and facilitating their redistribution (via discounting for in-store customers, donations to charities, or sales on the marketplace). This business app is already used by tens of thousands of store employees every day, and soon to be hundreds of thousands by the end of the year in several countries.At Too Good To Go, we’re more than apps: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our apps, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions – such as our Retail Technologies offering -, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.We are growing fast, with a community of 120 million users in 19 countries. Together, we have saved more than 450 million meals from going to waste since we started – but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.Your missionWith our current scale and impact on the problem of food waste, it is vitally important that we continue to innovate and to create a product that brings strong and ever-increasing value to our partners. As a Senior Product Manager in charge of Donations at Too Good To Go, you will be at the heart of that.You will join a Product Organisation and will work closely with other product managers, product analysts and product designers responsible for driving product development on the complete Too Good To Go product portfolio.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in building and improving our new Donation solution which enables retailers and foodstores to easily redistribute their food surplus to charities and people in need. “Donations” is a strategic new module in our product portfolio: it will increase our footprint in stores operations, will create a new lever to fight food waste whilst addressing the issue of food insecurity simultaneously. You will be responsible for building and improving this product.More specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Defining product strategy and developing clear OKRs and product roadmaps to improve the current offering or drive innovation.
- Aligning a wide group of stakeholders around a clear and resonant vision and path.
- Collaborating with business teams (Sales teams, Sales Engineers, Sales leadership) to understand pain points to solve, both globally and locally in our markets.
- Collaborating with our Public Affairs teams, that are in relationships with Charity networks and Community-Based Organisations across the countries Too Good To Go is involved in.
- Collaborating with Designers to sketch and specify products and features.
- Collaborating with the Engineering teams to deliver the new solutions in a timely manner, without compromising on quality.
- Collaborating with other teams such as “Go-To-Market” or “Localisation” or “Customer Support” once the product/feature is shipped.
- Collaborating with Product Analysts and Business Analysts, leveraging data (partner data, market data, partner feedback etc.) to identify new opportunities and take product decisions.
- Using business insights and KPIs to communicate progress and performance.
- Suggesting ways to optimise and drive efficiencies in our ways of working.
- Overall, being in the driver’s seat in making recommendations to the senior leadership team and managing their feedback and push-back.
RequirementsWe believe a strong fit for this role will require: (a) excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of rallying a broad range of stakeholders around a significant product or feature launch, (b) clarity of thought and the ability to simplify complex multifaceted challenges into a clear product direction, and (c) ability, interest and a proven track record of delivering zero-to-one products that require first-principle problem-solving in a customer-obsessed and inventive way.More specific requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Experience in product management or adjacent roles (e.g. analyst, design)
- Full proficiency English, and excellent business communication
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring continuous innovation
- Proven track record of delivering products from early-stage concept to customer-facing launch
- Outstanding track record of aligning diverse stakeholders on a product vision, staying aligned through execution (incl. handling unexpected changes or setbacks)
- Technical comfort and experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritise features
- Experience working with design teams to drive inventive design solutions to problems
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data to improve the customer experience
- Authenticity and collaborativeness – You are fun to work with, you bring your authentic you to work every day, you engage in our product, you share your views, you are open to discussion and you genuinely care about succeeding as a team
- Growth mindset – you are constantly looking for ways to improve and optimise
- Leadership – You can mobilise and motivate your closest team and key stakeholders to believe in your plan and your vision for your domain.

- Experience in or adjacent to food retail or to food charities
- Knowledge on the food donations operations.
