You will be responsible for managing the entire post-market quality life cycle of clinical components, respectively, medical devices of the Dedalus portfolio.You will:
- Chairs the Product Quality Team (PQT) and schedules and manages PQT meetings as required
- Ensures that all required parties are involved and delegates tasks to the dedicated PQT members.
- ensures that key actions related to the After Sales risk management process are performed in a timely and consistent manner, that all actions are properly documented, and that the records are complete and accurate.
- Drives product-related escalations and corrective actions/corrections and ensures, in close cooperation with R&D and Project Management, its deployment according to the dedicated timelines; ensures implementations are executed in line with KPIs/targets
- Documents and communicates decisions and outcomes of Product Quality Team meetings.
- escalates issues to appropriate management levels when required.
- Problem Management: Leading Product Quality teams within the frame of a Problem record
- Follow-up on post-market metrics and participation within quality audits.

- Degree or Diploma in a medical or medical-technical field or an equivalent combination of education and 3-5 years of work experience in a clinical environment
- Functional knowledge of Dedalus HealthCare IT products
- Experience in coordinating projects
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
- Strong customer orientation, interacting with both internal and external customers
- Proactive with, strong organizational skills, and willingness to meet deadlines within a regulated medical device environment
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills in an intercultural environment
- Very good English verbal and written language skills, French and/or German is an asset.
- Willingness to occasionally travel across Europe.
