Our state-of-the-art facilities in Asaba and Lovleen, Ota, are equipped with modern machinery to ensure the highest standards of production and quality.Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Production Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the injection molding industry, with a strong background in process optimization, workforce management, and machinery maintenance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee production processes, ensure quality compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management:
- Oversee the setup and operation of injection molding machines, including Milacron, Haitai, and Jon Wai models.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality, including mold changes and machine start-up procedures.
- Implement and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to quality norms and standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any defects or inconsistencies.
- Manage and lead a large workforce, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on injection molding machines as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and technological advancements.
- Utilize ERP systems and MS Office for reporting, inventory management, and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and other key metrics.
Qualifications:
- Education: HND or bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 10-15 years of supervisory experience in an injection molding plant.
- Skills:
- Hands-on experience with process setting and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Familiarity with quality assurance protocols and standards.
