Mission et Responsabilités
Le Program Manager aura un rôle clé au sein du département Program Excellence, avec la responsabilité de gérer des programmes stratégiques d’envergure. Ses principales missions incluront :
- Leadership d’équipes : Diriger des équipes pour réaliser des sous-projets liés aux activités du cycle de vie des programmes.
- Gestion des ressources : Planifier les ressources, les calendriers, les portées et les aspects financiers des programmes.
- Gestion des risques : Surveiller et gérer les problèmes, risques et demandes de changement au cours de tout le cycle de vie du programme.
- Amélioration des processus : Contribuer aux améliorations basées sur les leçons tirées des expériences passées.
- Gestion des engagements : Assurer le respect des engagements envers les clients existants tout en préparant des offres pour de nouveaux clients.
Compétences et Qualités Requises
Le candidat idéal possédera les qualifications suivantes :
- Certification en gestion de projet/programme (PMI, PRINCE 2 de préférence).
- Expérience avérée en gestion d’équipes dans des environnements complexes.
- Expérience substantielle en gestion de programmes et de cycles de vie.
- Compétences solides en négociation et gestion des relations clients.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais à un niveau professionnel; le danois est un atout.

Therefore, we are currently looking for a Program Manager to lead large scale programs, who will become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.Your role in our teamAs our new Program Manager in our Program Excellence department, you will be responsible for leading one or more of our strategic important programs going forward. You will take responsibility in structuring and organizing the future set up of the product and program in the related domains, including contract management, product development, production, supply chain and related deliveries to all customers.You will be responsible for understanding the customer’s needs and questions when it comes to contract management and proposal management. Moreover, you will be the natural point of contact in program management activities throughout the bid management phase by challenging with expertise in new business opportunities. In short, you can speak relevant customers language and can help bringing it to written statements as a program management liaison.You will afterwards oversee the program life cycle ownership and ensure that all external and internal stakeholders are on top of their commitments into the program. You will have the overview from cradle to grave and be on top of all sub-projects within relevant life cycle activities and areas.
In addition, you will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, scopes and financial aspects of the program, and adhere to quality and guidelines throughout the program life cycle.To succeed in this position, you need to secure agreed deliveries to existing customers and at the same time plan and execute deliveries for new and strategic customers. Moreover, you can handle political discussions both within and outside the company and can ensure proper communication towards executive management on both sides.How you will make a meaningful contributionYour key responsibilities include:
- Leading teams to deliver on sub-projects that span across program life cycle activities
- Manage resources, schedules, scopes and financial aspects of the program
- Management of issues, risks and program change requests throughout the life cycle
- Contributing to process improvements in relation to lessons learned
- Take ownership of full program life cycle
- Management of all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
Bring your world class expertise into playYou are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement
- You are a certified Project/Program Manager or similar. It is an advantage if you are certified within PMI or PRINCE 2
- You have a proven record in leading teams and a strong people leadership background in complex working environments
- You have several years of experience within Program Management and life cycle management. In addition, you have an understanding of complex projects/programs and experience in leading and managing these
- You are capable of taking ownership for the full program life cycle
- Solid experience within stakeholder management both externally and internally
- Solid customer negotiation skills and Key Account Management experience within program management area
- Great presentation skills and a customer orientated approach
