Description du poste :
Alstom recherche un Project Change and Configuration Manager à plein temps basés à Västerås, en Suède. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec diverses équipes pour maintenir l’intégrité des structures de projet via un management efficace des changements et de la configuration. Les missions incluent la gestion des impacts sur la qualité, les coûts et les délais dus aux modifications de projet, ainsi que l’émission de plans de gestion de la configuration.
Responsabilités principales :
- Implémentation : Mener le processus de gestion des changements et de la configuration en partenariat avec le Project Manager et le Project Engineer.
- Collecte d’informations : Évaluer les impacts qualité, coût et livraison des changements de projet.
- Planification : Émettre le plan de gestion des changements et de la configuration.
- Communication : Veiller à ce que tous les membres de l’équipe comprennent et appliquent les règles définies dans les Plans de Gestion Documentaire.
- Documentation : Gérer les exigences documentaires des clients et organiser les évolutions de projet à travers des activités de changement structurées.

You’ll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and much more.We’ll look to you for:Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes,Issuing the configuration and change management plan,Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),Managing documentation requirements from the Customer,Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activitiesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
