Description du poste : Job Category: FinanceJob Description:Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for aFinance Analyst – Manufacturing Project Controlto join our Finance team in our Szentendre office.Responsibilities:What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?As Manufacturing Project Control Finance Analyst, you will be part of the Investment Efficiency Finance Team. You will gain experience of working closely with the Manufacturing Engineering Teams, Product Development Finance, and other key areas like Investment Control, Property Accounting and Purchasing across multiple regions.The Project Control Analyst has the following control responsibilities:
- Assist Manufacturing Engineering Teams to manage their CapEx funds for new vehicle projects prior to launch
- Verify purchase requisitions within the area of automotive production facilities across European Manufacturing Plants
- Ensure capitalization rules are followed
- Maintain adequate records of commitments (purchase requisitions) and expenditures, authorize each commitment before it is made
- Maintain controls over project creation and change control
- Provide general financial support to other departments (both regular and ad hoc)
Qualifications:Are we looking for you? Yes, if…
- You have a University / College degree and 1+ years’ work experience in Finance
- You are not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around Europe
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have experience with SAP which would be desirable
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You are self-motivated and able to work effectively without excessive management intervention
