Description du poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, AFRY recrute un Project Control Manager pour intégrer le département de gestion des projets. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer la gestion des délais, des coûts et des documents liés à la mise en œuvre des projets.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la gestion des activités de gestion du temps, des coûts et des documents dans divers projets.
• Encadrer et gérer le personnel du projet dans les activités de contrôle.
• Planifier les ressources nécessaires pour respecter les objectifs de gestion de projet.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les clients, fournisseurs et entrepreneurs pour réaliser les activités de gestion des coûts et des délais.
• Participer à des projets d’investissement dans l’industrie des procédés.
• Suivre, contrôler et rapporter l’avancement des projets en collaboration avec la direction de projet.
• Assister le Project Manager dans la coordination des tâches et la gestion des changements.

Le lieu principal de travail sera Vantaa, avec la possibilité de collaborer depuis d’autres bureaux d’AFRY en Finlande.

Qualifications Requises

Le candidat idéal pour ce poste doit posséder les compétences suivantes :

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Technologie ou Économie) ou équivalent.
• Plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans des projets d’investissement industriel, de préférence en EPCM.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en coopération.
• Esprit actif et orienté solution.
• Capacité à collaborer dans des équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales.
• Solides compétences en leadership.
• Compréhension des outils de gestion de projet, notamment les outils de planification et Power BI.
• Maîtrise du finnois et de l’anglais.

Work tasks include:

• Taking responsibility of tasks related to time, cost and document management in projects.
• Managing the project controls activities and team in projects.
• Planning the activities and resources to fulfill the agreed scope of project controls.
• Managing and executing time and cost management activities in close cooperation with the client, suppliers and contractors.
• Working as part of AFRY project team for process industry investment projects.
• Following up, controlling and reporting the progress in projects in close cooperation with project management.
• Supporting the Project Manager with tasks such as coordination of work, communication and change management.

Your main location will be in Vantaa, but working at AFRY Finland’s other offices is also possible.QualificationsIn order to succeed in this role, you have:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. (Tech. or Ecomonics) or similar.
• Experience +15 years in industrial investment projects, preferably EPCM.
• Excellent cooperation and communication skills.
• Active and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in large, multidisciplinary and global teams.
• Strong leaderships skills.
• Understanding of project management and project controls tools, such as scheduling tools and Power BI.
• Fluency in Finnish and English.

Project Controls Manager may also participate in sales and development, so we appreciate sales and entrepreneurial attitude and possibility to travel in Finland and abroad.You stand out if you have project experience in process industry projects such as in pulp and paper, mining and metals or in chemical process industry.
