Description du Poste
En tant que Project Controls Manager, vous serez sous la direction générale du Program Scheduling Lead. Vous serez chargé de développer et de maintenir un calendrier, tout en fournissant des rapports précis et opportuns sur les données de programmation. Voici un aperçu des responsabilités clés :
- Gestion des Program Controls : Superviser les contrôles de programme pour des projets à grande échelle et très complexes.
- Conseils Stratégiques : Offrir des conseils d’expert et garantir le respect des objectifs stratégiques fixés par la direction exécutive.
- Coordination des Projets : Assurer l’intégration transparente des multiples projets dans le programme.
- Analyse des Interdépendances : Identifier et traiter les interdépendances critiques entre les projets.
- Communication Efficace : Orchestrer des communications claires entre les équipes de projet, les parties prenantes et la direction.
- Contrôle de la Performance : Effectuer des évaluations régulières de la performance des programmes et des analyses de risque.
- Culture d’Excellence : Favoriser un environnement de responsabilisation et d’amélioration continue au sein de l’équipe de contrôles de programme.
Qualifications Requises
Minimum Qualifications :
- BA/BS en Gestion de Projet, Ingénierie, ou Commerce avec 8 ans d’expérience pertinente.
- Solide expérience avec un Système d’Information de Gestion de Projet (PMIS).
- Expérience dans les infrastructures de transport, d’eau et d’aviation.
- Compétences dans l’intégration des contrôles : portée, coût, calendrier, rapports de risque.
Qualifications Préférées :
- Master en Gestion de Projet, Ingénierie, ou Commerce.
- Expérience dans l’adaptation des rapports PowerBI selon les besoins spécifiques du programme.

Join us.Job DescriptionAECOM is seeking a Project Controls Manager to be based in Panama.Under the general direction of the Program Scheduling Lead, the Project Controls Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining a schedule and providing accurate and timely reporting of schedule data.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, strategically significant, and highly complex programs.
- Provide authoritative senior-level guidance for program controls activities, ensuring strict adherence to strategic objectives established by executive leadership.
- Spearhead coordination efforts across multiple projects within the program, guaranteeing seamless integration and unwavering alignment with overarching program goals.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify and address critical interdependencies between projects.
- Deliver expert counsel and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring meticulous management of individual project elements.
- Orchestrate precise and effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, delivering comprehensive and actionable intelligence.
- Implement and maintain stringent control measures to safeguard program integrity and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Develop and enforce standardized processes to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness across all project phases.
- Conduct regular, in-depth program performance assessments and risk analyses, providing strategic recommendations for course corrections when necessary.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability and excellence within the program controls team, fostering continuous improvement and professional development.
- Orchestrate clear, concise, and authoritative communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, delivering insightful and actionable updates. Ability to present to multiple stakeholders.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business +8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Strong experience with Project Management Information System (PMIS)
- Experience with large transportation, water, and aviation infrastructure
- Experience in integration of controls – scope, cost, schedule, risk reporting
Additional InformationPreferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
- Experience in PowerBI report tailoring for program specific needs.
