Titre du poste : Coordinateur de Projet – Sécurité de l’Information
Localisation : Taguig City, Metro Manila
Dans le cadre de ses initiatives de gouvernance et de conformité en matière de sécurité de l’information, Nasdaq recherche un *Coordinateur de Projet* capable de soutenir une équipe mondiale tout en répondant aux demandes des clients liées à la sécurité des services et produits proposés.
Responsabilités principales
- Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les produits.
- Agir en tant qu’expert en matière de sécurité de l’information dans les interactions avec les clients.
- Traiter les questionnaires de diligence raisonnable en matière de sécurité de l’information.
- Mettre à jour et maintenir la Bibliothèque d’information, assurant son rôle de source de référence centralisée.
- Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus en matière d’efficacité et de gestion client.
Qualifications requises
- Niveau d’études : Licence en affaires, opérations ou domaine technologique connexe.
- Expérience : Minimum de 2 ans dans un rôle similaire, avec une passion pour la cybersécurité et la protection des données.
- Compétences : Connaissance de Jira ou Confluence, expertise en Microsoft Office, et capacités de communication solides.
- Capacité à collaborer au sein d’une équipe répartie sur plusieurs fonctions, lieux et fuseaux horaires.
- Sensibilité à travailler selon un horaire flexible, avec au moins deux jours par semaine au bureau.

The right candidate will work alongside a global team assisting in Information Security related requests. Additionally, your responsibilities will include:Responding to client requests about productsInteracting with clients as the Information Security subject matter expertProcessing information security due-diligence questionnaires, and thematic client requestsProactively updating and maintaining the Information Library as a central source of truth for Nasdaq’s corporate informationEnsuring the maintenance and development of the information security resourcesContribute to the continuous refinement of a process to improve efficiency, effective customer management and consistency of messaging.What We ExpectBachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a Technology related fieldAt least 2 years of work experience in a similar rolePassion for cybersecurity, technology and data protectionExperience with Jira or Confluence considered as an advantageStrong communication skills and the ability to think outside of the boxMicrosoft office experienceWork collaboratively in a distributed team, across multiple functions, locations and time zonesAmenable to working mid-shift (3PM – 12AM Manila time) and twice a week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.Does It Sound Like You?Please follow through by clicking the “Apply” link and submitting your application.
