Applications that do not meet the language or location requirements will not be considered.About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled Project Coordinator – Integration to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications sector. In this role, you will coordinate and manage the post-construction and post-integration phases of wireless network sites. You will serve as the key point of contact between the on-site teams, project management, RF engineers, and remote support units to ensure seamless integration, high quality standards, and timely delivery of network sites.What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage Site Status:

Oversee all site statuses after Customer Experience (CX) and post-integration phases to ensure everything is operational and meets project specifications. * Cross-Team Coordination:Maintain close communication with the Market RF Lead, Project Manager, Implementation Manager, and Network Alarm Clearing Manager to address issues and track progress. * Technical Support:Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical guidance directly to the end customer and supporting the delivery team when needed. * Process & Quality Improvement:Drive quality standards across integration, construction, and RF teams. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes and resolve quality concerns. * Documentation & Standards:Develop and maintain clear Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure external remote teams follow market-specific requirements and standards. * Issue Resolution:Coordinate troubleshooting efforts for network integration, including RF issues, alarms, and equipment configurations (e.g., Ericsson and Nokia systems). * Reporting:Prepare accurate data and formatted reports for internal use and customer distribution, ensuring transparency and clarity. * Technology & Knowledge Development:Continuously update your technical knowledge to keep pace with rapidly evolving technologies in the wireless telecommunications space.Who You Are:

You have strong verbal and written communication skills in English and can effectively liaise between technical teams and customers. * Adaptable & Responsive:You are comfortable working under pressure, delivering results on short notice, and adapting to shifting priorities. * Team-Oriented:You have experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and can inspire collaboration and proactive problem-solving.Your Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Hands-on experience with site troubleshooting, including RF issues and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.
  • Strong understanding of the wireless telecom environment and tools such as Ericsson ENM, PiLoT, and related systems.
  • Familiarity with eNodeB equipment and interpreting technical reports.
  • Solid experience in the telecom sector and understanding of its technical and operational requirements.
  • Experience with the end-to-end lifecycle of wireless/cellular site deployment (design, build, integration, testing, and close-out).
  • Proven ability to develop MOPs and SOPs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams and large-scale technical projects.
  • Advanced English is mandatory (both spoken and written).

Additional Details:

  • Work Schedule:

Night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM US time), with flexibility to work CST, MST, or PST hours. * On-Call:Willingness to be on-call and respond to urgent project needs.
