About Our ClientOur client is a leading logistics real estate developer based in Taiwan, specializing in smart, sustainable warehousing and supply chain infrastructure.Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of warehouse construction projects in Taiwan and key overseas markets.
- Evaluate new market entry feasibility from construction, regulation, and operations perspective.
- Manage cross-functional project teams including design consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with in-house and external engineering teams to ensure warehouse design incorporates automation, cold chain, multi-temperature, or cross-dock features as needed.
- Support innovation in warehouse modular design and scalability across geographies.
- Build and lead a high-performing project development team with strong expertise in real estate, engineering, construction, and logistics.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in factory, industrial real estate, or warehouse project development.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end construction project management in both domestic and overseas contexts.
- Proven leadership experience in managing multi-location projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiation, and regulatory navigation skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; ability to work across cultures and geographies.
