What will you do?To manage and deliver the end to end projects of our products and services aligned to our customers’ specifications, whilst meticulously managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

• You are to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, fostering customer relationships and maintaining project integrity
• Managing project from initiation to closure using company’s project management methodologies and frameworks
• Key performance indicators for successful project delivery as established and implemented. Project performance as defined by:

• Milestones
• Deliverables
• Client Success Measures
• Timeline
• Foster strong customer relationship, ensuring satisfaction across the project lifecycleEngage and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, resources and stakeholders to effectively achieve a successful implementation outcome
• Develop and maintain project documentations, project plans, budgets and timelines regularly monitoring progress and proactively addressing any deviations
• Identify project risks and proactively mitigate roadblocks and disruptions
• Identify improvement opportunities and implementation to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration, promoting a positive work environment and effective knowledge sharing amongst teams and peers
• The performance of contracted service providers is monitored and measured
• Opportunities for process improvement are identified, escalated, implemented and standardized.
• Project and operational risks are identified, and mitigation measures instigated prior to commencement
