Description du Poste
Le poste de Project Manager – Federal Projects implique la gestion de projets de construction à grande échelle. Le candidat idéal sera motivé par l’excellence du service client et possédera une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets.
Responsabilités
Le candidat retenu sera amené à accomplir les tâches suivantes :
- Gestion des parties prenantes : Collaborer avec des architectes, des ingénieurs et des chaînes d’approvisionnement pour garantir la conformité des projets.
- Suivi et analyse des activités : Évaluer, suivre et gérer efficacement les activités critiques afin d’éviter tout retard.
- Assurance qualité : S’assurer que des processus et systèmes de gouvernance de projet efficaces sont en place.
- Production de rapports : Élaborer des rapports de statut de projet et fournir des mises à jour régulières aux parties prenantes.
- Support technique : Fournir une assistance technique aux propriétaires, architectes, et entrepreneurs.
Les responsabilités incluent également la gestion des équipes locales, la réponse rapide aux demandes d’informations, ainsi que le contrôle des coûts et la valeur ajoutée à chaque projet.
Qualifications
Les exigences spécifiques pour le poste comprennent :
- Diplôme : Licence (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) dans un domaine technique en rapport avec la gestion de projet ou l’administration des affaires.
- Expérience : Minimum de quatre ans dans un poste similaire.
- Compétences en communication : Excellentes compétences écrites et verbales, avec une forte capacité d’organisation et d’analyse.
- Compétences techniques : Connaissance intermédiaire de Microsoft Office Suite, capacité à lire des plans architecturaux et familiarité avec les principes financiers.
- Certification PMP : Bien que préférée, elle n’est pas obligatoire.

The ideal project manager will be driven to provide our clients with excellent service.Responsibilities:Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chain to deliver compliant projects.Can analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.Verify that effective project governance, processes and systems are utilizedEnsure application of best practice on all projectsProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are being applied correctlyManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communicationsForecast and update key project milestonesManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where requiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines and costs from architects, contractors and suppliersClient management – assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunitiesStrategic Thinking – provide advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clients’ objectives and business objectivesKnowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is capturedProcess improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.Qualifications
- chelor’s degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from College or University in a technical area of study (Project Management, Quality Management and/or Business Administration, etc.). Minimum four years of related experience and/or training.
- Experience in the development and application of quality assurance and control.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
- Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
- PMP certification preferred
- Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines for assigned project. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
