Ce poste s’inscrit dans le secteur de la robotique en Corée du Sud et se rapporte directement au Finance Manager. Les candidats retenus auront l’opportunité de participer activement à la performance des projets financiers et commerciaux.
Responsabilités Clés
Le spécialiste en planification et contrôle de projet aura pour mission de :
- Conduire les revenus et les flux de trésorerie des projets assignés tout en recherchant des opportunités d’optimisation.
- Surveiller le risque de change lié aux flux de trésorerie des projets et mettre en œuvre des mesures d’atténuation adéquates.
- Coordonner et préparer les révisions de projet, les rapports de coûts, la gestion des réclamations, ainsi que les cas d’assurance.
- Aider l’équipe projet à identifier les risques et opportunités, garantissant ainsi le respect des directives de gouvernance d’entreprise d’ABB.
Exigences du Poste
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent satisfaire aux critères suivants :
- Expérience professionnelle : Plus de 7 ans dans le domaine de la finance.
- Préférable : Expérience en contrôle de projet.
- Formation : Un diplôme en comptabilité, finance ou en affaires est souhaitable.
- Compétences : Maîtrise des systèmes de comptabilité informatisés et des logiciels de reporting financier, y compris SAP.
- Qualités personnelles : Grande attention aux détails, capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
- Langues : Compétences écrites et orales en anglais et en coréen.

Each day, you will actively drive their respective project’s performance. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing project invoices and financial accounting and reporting (including project site accounting) documents.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybridThis role is contributing to the Robotics business area in South Korea.You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving revenues and project cash flow in your assigned project and seeking for optimization.
- Overseeing currency risk in project cash flow and implementing/suggesting appropriate mitigation measures.
- Supporting in coordinating and preparing project reviews, cost reports, claim management, back-charges, and insurance cases.
- Assisting the project team in identifying risks and opportunities, and in ensuring adherence to ABB’s corporate governance, assurance, internal controls, and business specific finance directives and instructions.
Qualifications for the role
- Over 7 years of experience in finance
- Project control experience would be preferred
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business relevant(preferred, but optional)
- Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
