Responsabilités du Poste
En tant que Public Area Attendant, vous serez chargé de maintenir la propreté et le bon état des espaces communs, tant intérieurs qu’extérieurs. Voici vos principales responsabilités :
- Vérifier, nettoyer et approvisionner les toilettes, le lobby, la salle de courrier et tous les espaces communs.
- Anticiper les besoins des résidents et répondre à leurs demandes de manière proactive.
- Utiliser l’équipement de manière sécurisée et signaler les défauts ou accidents à la direction.
- Maintenir les zones de nettoyage et de stockage en ordre.
- Assurer la conformité des normes de nettoyage dans toutes les installations, y compris les vestiaires et les espaces de loisirs.
Compétences et Exigences
Ce poste s’adresse aux candidats possédant les compétences suivantes :
- Diplôme d’études secondaires.
- Connaissance des produits et techniques de nettoyage.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer efficacement les tâches assignées.

Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.As the leader in branded residences, Four Seasons currently operates 53 residential properties in 21 countries and 65% of the projects in our pipeline contain a residential component.JOIN OUR TEAMA Residential Public Area Attendant is responsible for keeping all residential common areas, both interior and exterior, in addition to the administrative areas clean and well stocked.TASKSCheck, clean and restock all residential area washrooms, residential lobby, mail room, residential corridors, and all common areas (e.g. Carpark, garden, residence lounge, kids club, youth club, indoor & outdoor swimming pool area, locker rooms, cinema, golf simulation room, massage room, meeting room, fitness center, back of the house bathrooms, kitchen and kitchenettes…)and heart-of-house space (inclusive of office space etc.)Anticipates residents’ needs and takes ownership of concerns and requests; acts decisively to ensure satisfaction. Offers a special personalized touch when an opportunity is presented.Is proficient in the safe handling of all relevant equipment and machinery; reports defects and accidents to management immediately. Is competent in MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) procedures and trained in accident response.Cleans and self-inspects public areas as assigned and in accordance with Four Seasons standardsThe ability to spot all furniture and keep it in its proper placeCleans all common areas including elevators/lifts, elevator/lift doors, windows, carpets as well as collect garbage/trash throughout the propertyThe ability to offer assistance to any resident in a courteous and friendly mannerMaintain all equipment and supplies and use them in a proper mannerKeep Housekeeping storage areas tidy and correctly stocked and closed at all times when not in use. Must ensure working equipment is always clean, tidy and in good working order.
