With zero-copy technology, AI-powered personalization and advanced customer journey orchestration, imagino’s Customer Engagement Platform helps brands reinvent customer engagement, easily.The OpportunityWe’re looking for a our first US Partner Manager to help us build and scale our partner ecosystem as a key driver of company growth. In this strategic role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships that generate value for both our business and our clients.You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services to ensure seamless integration of partners into our go-to-market strategy.What You’ll Do
- Build and Grow the Partner Network: Identify, recruit, and develop relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and other strategic partners.
- Drive Business Strategy: Design and execute a partner strategy aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on lead generation and driving new business.
- Manage Partner Performance: Foster strong relationships with partners, monitor performance, and implement action plans to ensure success and mutual growth.
- Enable Partner Success: Develop and lead training, onboarding, and co-marketing initiatives to strengthen partners’ expertise in our products and services.
- Ensure Project Quality: Collaborate with Professional Services and Customer Success to maintain high quality standards in partner-led projects and deliver maximum value to clients.
- Lead Contracting & Negotiations: Oversee commercial and contractual discussions to establish win-win agreements.
- Track & Optimize: Monitor key KPIs (leads, indirect revenue, partner satisfaction, etc.) and continuously identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or strategic alliances—preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a collaborative environment
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset
