Manager Monthly Basic Salary: Negotiable (Depends on Qualifications) Age Limit: Not more than 40 years old Notice period acceptable: Can start immediately (preferred) Joining Date: ASAP Preference: Male Job Location: Lima Technology Center-SEZ Qualifications Graduate of either Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar field. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of industrial processes, manufacturing technologies, and quality control methods Proficient in process analysis, problem-solving, and data-driven decision- making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Familiarity with manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
