Le poste à pourvoir est celui de Quality Assurance Manager et Engineering Quality Leader. Cette fonction est ouverte aux catégories protégées conformément à la loi italienne 68/99.
Objectif du poste
Le candidat retenu aura pour responsabilité d’évaluer et de fournir une visibilité sur les questions de qualité tout au long du développement des produits et des projets en se conformant au Thales Management System (Chorus) et aux réglementations applicables telles que ISO, AQAP, et EASA.
Responsabilités clés
- Analyse des risques : Fournir un retour d’expérience sur les risques qualité pour soutenir les décisions lors des revues de projets.
- Gestion des plaintes clients : Aider les équipes à résoudre les problèmes et à rétablir la satisfaction client.
- Amélioration continue : Identifier les problèmes récurrents et mener des analyses des causes profondes pour initier des améliorations transversales.
- Développement des normes : Contribuer au déploiement de nouvelles normes et règlements, et préparer les certifications externes.
Compétences et qualifications requises
- Expérience : Minimum de 7 ans dans des activités d’assurance qualité ou dans un poste similaire.
- Éducation : Diplôme universitaire (domaines techniques ou d’ingénierie, une spécialisation en électronique est un atout).
- Connaissances spécifiques : Familiarité avec les normes de qualité ISO 9001, AS9100 et AQAP 2110.
- Compétences organisationnelles : Gestion du temps et capacité à travailler de manière autonome au sein d’équipes multiculturelles.

Italy is the Group’s Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.JOB OBJECTIVE:As a Quality Assurance Manager:– Evaluates the execution and provide visibility and insight about Quality matters on products development, key bids and projects (Risk Driven Quality Assurance), according to Thales Management System (Chorus) and aplicable regulations (ISO, AQAP, EASA, …)As an Engineering Quality Leader:– Supports the development of the Engineering maturity (diagnostic, proposals for improvement, action plansfollow-up, problem solving, …)KEY RESPONSIBILITIES– Provides feedback about Quality risks, to support decision during Bids and Projects reviews– Evaluates the execution of Products development / Bids and Projects management and provide visibility and insight about Quality matters– Supports problem solving analysis and resolution– Supports team in process tailoring– Raise alerts when process performance is not adequate, supports action needed to restore required performance– Supports teams in managing Customer Complaints and restoring customer satisfaction– Is a quality referent in the engineering process (Solution, SW, HW) and practices to support its deployment / improvement– Identify recurrent issues, drive and investigate root cause analysis and coordinate transversal improvements that contributes to the mid/long-term maturity growth of the organisation– Contributes to the analysis of performance indicators, prevention, support, and capitalization– Contributes to the deployment of new standards and regulations– Support the external certifications and associated audits— Analyse the data resulting from audits, return and customer complaints, alert and veto right, to prevent the risksSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS– At least 7 years of Quality Assurance activities or senior experience in similar positions.– Education/Qualifications University degree (Engineering or technical disciplines) or equivalent (Electronic is preferred).– Experience in Quality in Engineering/Development teams (preferable within Electronics/ Aerospace context)Applications with proven experience in at least two of the following three areas will be given greater consideration:
- AGILE at SCALE (SW, HW, SYSTEM Integration)
- IVVQ Strategy
- Standardization (Configuration Management mindset)
