Description du poste : As a Quality Assurance Test Manager, you will lead the quality assurance function across the organization and projects. You will own the development of requirement validation strategies, creation of test plans & test cases for multiple client-facing projects. You will also conduct execution of test plans, conduct automated & manual testing, and collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve defects. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver the best user experiences.What You’ll Do
- Lead the QA function, driving test plan strategy, planning, and execution across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance client experiences.
- Identify risk and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Establish and maintain testing frameworks to support software development lifecycles
Skills & QualificationsMust have:
- Strong understanding of software quality assurance methodologies and modern development workflows (e.g., CI/CD)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Experience working with a diverse team of cross-discipline skill sets (Engineering, Creative, Quality)
Nice to have:
- Experience in the Training & Simulation or Gaming industries.
- Experience with various headsets such as Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Magic Leap, Apple Vision Pro, etc.
- Experience in a high autonomy startup environment, showcasing adaptability & discipline.
- Enthusiasm for innovation in immersive experiences and a drive to constantly push creative boundaries.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 – $52.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
