Le Poste
Nous recherchons un individu détail-orienté pour rejoindre notre équipe de contrôle qualité des services artistiques. Le membre de l’équipe sera directement responsable de l’assurance qualité, de la configuration des fichiers d’impression et de la création de preuves (proofs). Ce poste est idéal pour les personnes capables de jongler avec plusieurs tâches tout en travaillant rapidement sous pression dans un environnement exigeant.
Responsabilités Principales
- Compléter les tâches de création de fichiers d’impression et de preuves dans les délais impartis, conformément aux spécifications et aux protocoles de l’entreprise.
- Garantir la création précise et cohérente de fichiers prêts pour impression, en respectant nos normes d’impression.
- Configurer les fichiers d’impression via notre workflow interne pour assurer la meilleure qualité de produit.
- Communiquer efficacement et suivre tout problème lié aux logiciels ou fichiers en utilisant les canaux de communication appropriés.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches selon les besoins.
Exigences
- Excellente maîtrise d’Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator et Photoshop.
- Diplôme de secondaire ou équivalent.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et organisation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Grande attention aux détails et capacité de communication entre les équipes internes.
- Haute compétence dans l’environnement PC/Windows et Google Workspace.
- Une expérience en production d’impression est un atout.

Fueled by a creative and passionate team, StickerYou is dedicated to growing the most engaged and talented people in Toronto, Canada.The RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will be responsible for quality control, print file setup, and proof creation. The individual will be reporting directly to the Art Services Team Manager. This role is suitable for dependable multitaskers that can work quickly under pressure in a demanding and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities
- Complete print file and proof creation tasks in a timely manner according to all printing and development specifications, following the company protocols.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely creation of print-ready files based on our printing specifications
- Setting up print files using our internal Workflow to ensure the best output of product
- Clearly and efficiently communicate and track any issues with software, files, etc. using the appropriate communication channels.
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- High Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
- A secondary school diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Very Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate across internal teams
- High proficiency in PC/Windows operating system and Google Workspace
- Print production experience (bonus)
