Description du Poste

Titre du poste : Quality Engineer I

Le Quality Engineer joue un rôle clé en fournissant un soutien technique à la fonction qualité, garantissant que la performance et la qualité des produits respectent les exigences établies par l’entreprise, ses clients et les réglementations en vigueur. Ce poste exige une analyse approfondie des écarts de qualité liés à l’assemblage et aux processus, ainsi qu’un soutien lors des enquêtes sur les problèmes rencontrés.

Responsabilités Essentielles

• Assurer la maintenance des plans de contrôle et des protocoles pour le traitement des matériaux.
• Participer aux processus d’inspection et de test en menant des essais d’assurance qualité.
• Soutenir les audits des systèmes qualité pour identifier et corriger les lacunes.
• Vérifier que les mesures correctives respectent les normes de fiabilité et que la documentation est conforme.
• Contribuer à l’exécution des validations et qualifications de processus, d’équipements et de systèmes.
• Gérer les contrôles de changements relatifs aux modifications clients, fournisseurs et internes.
• Participer au traitement des actions correctives (CAPA).
• Soutenir l’équipe d’enquête dans le traitement des plaintes clients.
• Adopter une mentalité ‘qualité d’abord’ en cherchant constamment à améliorer les processus de travail.
• Promouvoir activement les valeurs et comportements de l’organisation.

Qualifications Requises

Compétences nécessaires : Excellentes compétences en service client et communication, à la fois verbale et écrite. Capacité à suivre des directives écrites et verbales. Disponibilité pour travailler des heures supplémentaires si nécessaire et capacité à voyager jusqu’à 20% du temps.

• Formation : Diplôme de premier cycle en ingénierie industrielle, informatique ou systèmes d’information de gestion, préférable.
• Expérience : 0 à 2 ans dans un poste similaire ou une combinaison équivalente d’éducation et d’expérience.

Conditions de Travail

• Heures d’affaires régulières avec des heures supplémentaires possibles.
• Environnement de bureau climatisé durant les heures d’affaires normales.

To assist the Quality function as technical support in issues affecting manufacturing. The Quality Engineer ensures that performance and product quality conform to established company, customers and regulatory requirements. Reviews, analyzes, and reports on quality discrepancies related to assembly and process. Supports in the investigation of problems and with the disposition, modification, and corrective action for recurring or non-recurring discrepancies.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Support in the maintenance of control plans and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished products.
• Support with inspection and testing processes, mechanisms, and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests.
• Support the audits of quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Confirms that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is complete and compliant with requirements.
• Support in the execution of process / equipment / systems validations/qualifications.
• Supports change controls in relation to customer, supplier, and internally driven changes.
• Support with the completion of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Supports investigation team with customer complaints.
• Constantly seeks to improve work processes; Has a quality-first mentality; Learns from internal and external best practices to apply to her/his work.
• Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• Role model and promote the organizations Values and Behaviors.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTSCustomer service skills as well as effective communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to follow written and verbal directions. Ability to work additional hours as needed. Ability to travel.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems preferred.
• 0 – 2 years work experience in a related position.
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Regular business hours. Some additional hours may be required.
• Travel requirements: Domestic and/or Global, up to 20%
• Climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
