Ce poste de Quality Manager chez Enshrine Placements propose une occasion unique de contribuer à l’assurance qualité dans un contexte industriel exigeant. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la mise en œuvre de pratiques de fabrication rigoureuses pour garantir la qualité des productions, tout en agissant comme représentant de la direction pour les organismes de qualification, tels que la SACAA (South African Civil Aviation Authority).
Responsabilités Principales
Le Quality Manager aura pour mission de :
– Développer et instaurer des objectifs de qualité en accord avec la stratégie globale de l’entreprise.
– Être le responsable des processus qualité et custodian des normes de qualité requises.
– Préparer et exécuter le budget du département qualité tout en intégrant les exigences internes et externes.
– Mener et coordonner des audits de qualité pour les fournisseurs sous-traitants.
– Garantir une communication efficace au sein des équipes pour faciliter l’échange d’informations et la mise en œuvre de changements.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
Le candidat idéal devra :
Éducation :
– Posséder un diplôme de gestion qualité équivalent au NQF niveau 6 ou un diplôme technique.
Expérience :
– Justifier d’au moins 8 années d’expérience en gestion qualité, contrôle qualité et assurance qualité dans un environnement manufacturier.
Compétences Techniques :
– Une bonne compréhension des principes et normes de qualité applicables dans le secteur de la défense (telles que EN9100 et ISO 9000) est un atout.
Compétences Interpersonnelles :
– Aptitude à travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et rapide.
– Compétences en leadership et en gestion de projet.

Acting as the Management Representative as required by the Qualification bodies e.g. SACAA. Minimum of Quality Management Qualification to the NQF level 6 or Technical Diploma with at least 8 years’ experience in the field of Quality Management, Quality Control and Assurance from a Manufacturing Environment. Good understanding of quality principles, systems, methods, tools and standards applicable in the Defense sector (EN9100 / ISO 9000) will be an advantage.Position details:Type: Permanent
Reports to: Head of OperationsPrimary Purpose:The primary responsibility of a Quality Assurance Manager is to ensure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practice systems, validating processes & providing accurate documentation. The incumbent is expected to work independently in anticipation of the executive’s role requirements to achieve the relevant divisional objectives.Job description / core competencies:Key Performance Areas/Accountabilities/High level functionsDevelop, set and achieve relevant quality objectives in support of the business strategy including all contracted business Process owner for all quality processes and custodian of all required quality standardsPrepare, agree, own and execute the budget for the quality unction taking into consideration any surrounding requirements Internal and External client AuditsSub-Contracted supplier Quality Audits and Quality control managementRegularly brief the quality team on meeting customer requirements and expectationsActing as the Management Representative as required by the Qualification bodies e.g. SACAAApproval authority for the quality specifications for each bid and contractParticipation in Contract review meeting, ie current and potential customersPractical experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Certification.Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and to implement change and improvementsProvide leadership, co-ordination and coaching to the team, ensuring they are trained, enabling them to achieve the operational metrics within their areas of responsibility and succeed in their roles.Contribute to the optimisation of Manufacturing processes through actively participating in improvement projects and by being a team player within the organisation Coordinate projects within the parameter of Contract to ensure that project is delivered on time, in scope with quality deliverables.Apply innovative thinking in creating business solutions whilst maintaining operational effectivenessSet priorities appropriately to ensure that work outputs are delivered timeously and meet quality standards.Location: Midrand
