Description du Poste
Haleon, reconnu pour son engagement envers l’innovation et la qualité, recherche un Quality Operational Officer pour renforcer son équipe à Kuala Lumpur. Ce rôle est dédié à la gestion de la qualité en production, garantissant la conformité aux normes et spécifications établies.
Responsabilités Principales
- Assurer la conformité des produits : Garantir que les produits sont fabriqués selon les spécifications et les instructions opérationnelles.
- Participation active aux enquêtes : Contribuer à la collecte de données et fournir des analyses qualitatives pour les investigations de déviation et les plaintes consommateurs.
- Examen de la documentation : Aider à la révision et à l’approbation de la documentation des lots de produits finis.
- Audits internes : Participer aux programmes d’audit interne de niveau 1 et 2.
- Attentes de conformité : S’assurer que tous les problèmes liés aux lots sont identifiés et résolus rapidement pour minimiser l’impact sur la conformité et les exigences réglementaires.
- Suivi des politiques de sécurité : Veiller à ce que toutes les normes de sécurité et de qualité soient respectées.
Exigences du Poste
Qualifications de Base
Pour rejoindre Haleon, les candidats doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Diplôme de niveau secondaire : Un minimum d’éducation formelle est requis.
- Expérience : Au moins 3 ans dans des opérations conformes aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (GMP).
Qualifications Préférées
Les candidats dotés des caractéristiques suivantes sont encouragés à postuler :
- Diplômes supérieurs : Diplôme associé ou baccalauréat préférable.
- Expérience en leadership : Antécédents dans des rôles de supervision ou de gestion.
- Solutions techniques : Compétences en résolution de problèmes techniques.
- Compétences en communication : Aptitudes marquées pour la communication écrite et verbale.
- Connaissance des réglementations : Expérience avérée en matière de conformité aux normes.

📝 Description du poste : Are you energized by a Quality Assurance role that allows you to accelerate compliance in a highly technical and regulated environment? If so, this Operational QA Staff role could be an exciting opportunity to explore.As an Operational QA Staff, you will manage/lead/be responsible for working on the shop floor addressing quality issues during production shift operating hours. Additional responsibilities include supporting incident and deviation investigations, participation in internal auditing activities and batch record review.This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following…
- Ensure products are produced to the correct specification and per the operating instructions for all markets.
- Participate in gathering data and providing quality insights for deviation and consumer complaint investigations.
- Assist in review and approval of finished goods batch documentation.
- Assist in level 1 and level 2 internal auditing programs.
- To ensure that all batch implicating issues are highlighted and resolved without delay to batch release and/or impact to compliance/regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all operational safety, process safety, environmental permits, Quality policies, procedures and training requirements.
- Ensure quality is managed on the operational floor, however unlike Quality Operations Technician role, this role will not be allowed to approve any master quality documentation, deviation investigations, validations, or any other quality documentation that requires the approval of the Quality Department.
Why you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) operations
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Associated Degree or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous leadership experience is
- Experience addressing technical business solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience assuring compliance with regulations
