Nous recherchons un Professionnel en Assurance Qualité passionné par les normes de qualité et la conformité, désirant participer à une équipe dynamique dédiée à garantir les standards les plus élevés en production pharmaceutique.
Ce rôle, basé à Hillerød, s’inscrit dans le cadre d’un contrat parental, avec possibilité de prolongation. Les candidats intéressés sont invités à postuler pour une carrière à fort impact.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Approbation de documents (documentation de lot, rapports de tendance, déviations, demandes de changement, validation, mises à jour des SOP).
- Assurance qualité en production.
- Participation active à la résolution de problèmes.
- Impliquer dans des projets variés, grands et petits.
- Servir de partenaire pour la production sur des questions de qualité et de conformité.
Une fois intégré, vous bénéficierez d’une formation adaptée pour vous permettre de contribuer aux objectifs de qualité dès que possible. L’équipe valorise la collaboration et l’échange d’idées dans un climat de dialogue honnête.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal sera un collaborateur dévoué, possédant d’excellentes capacités de communication et une aptitude à travailler de manière autonome ainsi qu’en équipe.
Qualifications :
- Diplôme de master en pharmacie, ingénierie, biologie ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du danois, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Expérience dans l’industrie pharmaceutique (avantageux mais non requis).
Sur le plan personnel, le candidat doit démontrer une personnalité ouverte et honnête, avec un souci pour la construction de relations inter-departmentales. L’ambition et l’engagement envers l’amélioration des standards de qualité sont également essentiels.

In the QA professional role, you will have broad contact with production in setting quality directions. This demands strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach when collaborating with colleagues both in the production and QA through open and honest dialogue.
Your responsibility will include:
- Approval of documents (e.g. batch documentation, trend reports, deviations, change requests, validation documents, SOP updates).
- Performing QA Presence in production.
- Engaging in Go-look-see in connection with problem solving.
- Participation in smaller and larger projects.
- Act as a partner for production when there are questions about quality and compliance.
Once onboarded, you will receive training to quickly become part of the daily tasks and contribute to setting quality directions.

We are looking for a dedicated colleague with strong collaborations skills capable of working independently and within teams.
To thrive and succeed in this role, you should have:
- A master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, biology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills, Fluent in Danish and English – oral and written.
- It will be an advantage (but not a requirement) with experience from the pharmaceutical industry.
On a personal level, you showcase an open and honest personality. You are able to engage in building relations to collaborate across departments, also through your positive attitude.

At AM QA Hillerød AP we are responsible for quality assurance of the Aseptic Production in Hillerød. The department consists of over 50 dedicated and engaged employees. The team is one of four teams in the department responsible as QA for the aseptic production. There is a strong collaboration between the teams, ensuring flexibility and development of competencies.
