Description du poste : The role is based in the Kyiv region, and we will expect you to be in the office 3-4 days per week.So, no full remote is possible. We have a shuttle service from the nearest metro station.At Quantum Systems, we develop and produce innovative small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS) that transform decision-making through aerial intelligence. As we expand our mission, we are looking for a Recruiter that will also cover some HR functionality (up to 20%) who will help us in building the teams that shape the future of autonomous flight systems.What is your Day to Day Mission:Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles – from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and managing offersMonitor, report, and track the Headcount plan and ensure that the hiring plans of the Local office are aligned with HQ plansCollaborate with hiring managers across departments (Production, Engineering, Flight Control, AI, etc.) to understand talent needs and define role requirementsProactively source candidates using a variety of tools (LinkedIn, job boards, talent networks) with a strong focus on hard-to-fill tech positionsRepresent Quantum Systems to the external talent market with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a deep understanding of our missionEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact through onboardingMaintain and optimize our ATS workflows and recruitment-related documentationTrack hiring metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholdersSupport employer branding efforts, university outreach, and participation in relevant events or job fairsWhat you bring to the team:Proven hands-on experience in recruitment, ideally in a tech or engineering-driven environmentExperience with non-IT jobs (production, finance) is a great plusExcellent sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platformsStrong organizational and communication skills, with a service-oriented and proactive mindsetEnglish proficiency is essentialGerman is a strong plusPassion for innovation and an interest in drone technology or aerospace is a plusExperience in Defense is a strong plusWhy Quantum-Systems:We Stand with Ukraine!We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.We are industry pioneers who are ambitious, bold, and visionary.We push limits, think outside the box, and strive for technological excellence to shape the future of aerial data.We promise to be your runway for individual and professional growth.About us:Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS).
