Objectifs du Poste
En tant que Manager Sourcing Catégoriel Régional pour les solvants et les catégories connexes en *Asie du Sud-Est*, vous serez responsable de :
- Leadership & Direction Stratégique : Offrir une direction stratégique pour le sourcing catégoriel dans la région.
- Déploiement de Stratégie : Élaborer une stratégie de gestion des dépenses régionales, visant à maximiser la valeur à long terme.
- Collaboration avec les Parties Prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les unités commerciales internes, la R&D et d’autres responsables de catégories.
- Gestion des Fournisseurs : Piloter la gestion stratégique des fournisseurs régionaux et mondiaux.
- Alignement avec les Objectifs Sociaux : Veiller à ce que les objectifs de la stratégie soient en phase avec les engagements d’AkzoNobel en matière de durabilité.
Responsabilités Clés
Le poste comporte plusieurs responsabilités cruciales, parmi lesquelles :
- Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de sourcing adaptée à la région.
- Gérer la relation avec les fournisseurs sur des enjeux stratégiques.
- Influencer les équipes internes pour assurer un alignement stratégique à l’échelle globale et régionale.
- Conduire des projets régionaux et mondiaux associés à la catégorie.
- Implémenter des solutions de gestion des coûts via des négociations et des contrats.
- Contribuer aux initiatives de durabilité d’AkzoNobel tout en développant des matières premières alternatives.
Expérience Requise
Le candidat idéal possède :
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en sourcing stratégique dans un contexte global, idéalement avec de l’expérience en GBS.
- Des compétences en gestion de catégories, négociation avancée et gestion de contrats.
- Une maîtrise des outils tels que SAP et des analyses de données complexes.
- Une capacité avérée en gestion des parties prenantes et leadership d’équipe.
Formation
Un diplôme dans les domaines des sciences, du commerce ou de l’économie est requis. Un MBA ou un Master en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement serait un atout.

All rights reserved.Job PurposeAs the Category Sourcing Manager for South-East South-Asia, for Solvents & Cross-Category, the role encompasses the following responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategic Direction: Provide strategic direction and leadership to category sourcing in SESA.
Strategy Deployment: Define and deploy strategy for managing regional spend of the category, driving year-on-year value and benefits.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with key internal stakeholders including cross-business units, R&D, and other category leads
Supplier Management: Own and drive strategic supplier management with all the regional vendors and own select/agreed global vendors
Alignment with Corporate Goals: Steer category strategy and execution aligned with AkzoNobel’s corporate goals on sustainability.Key Accountabilities
- Develop and deploy regional sourcing strategy for the category
- Lead and manage strategic supplier management regionally and globally
- Influence internal stakeholders and business teams strategically on a global and regional scale
- Exhibit leadership behaviors to both the category team and suppliers
- Lead and deliver regional and global projects specific to the category
- Implement strategic cost management through e-tenders, negotiation, and contract management
- Ensure year-on-year value creation is in line with company and functional goals
- Collaborate with the Category Technical Lead to develop a technical roadmap, including critical projects and initiatives
- Build and sustain a vendor base encompassing current and prospective vendors
- Contribute proactively to AkzoNobel’s Science-Based Target initiative (SBTi)
- Develop alternate raw materials with the Business Unit Technical Lead, mitigating single/sole source material at elevated risk
- Drive end-to-end simplification of product portfolio and supplier reduction
- Demonstrate important levels of global collaboration and cooperation
Experience
- More than 10 years in strategic sourcing with global exposure and complex spend; GBS experience is a plus
- Skilled in strategic sourcing, category management, advanced negotiation, and contract management
- Highly numerate, structured, and proficient in SAP, BI, and complex data analysis
- Strong communicator across all management levels and global functions
- Proven ability in stakeholder management, team leadership, and change management
- Experienced in leading strategic initiatives with minimal supervision
- Hands-on international business experience; adaptable and resilient under pressure
- Able to connect big-picture strategy with execution and results
- Action-oriented, continuously improving, with a creative and opportunity-focused mindset
Education
- Degree in Science, Business, or Economics; MBA or Master’s in Supply Chain is preferred
