In the world of Red Bull, everyone is welcome.The Distribution & Field Force Manager will focus on ensuring all Red Bull Distribution Partner Management and Field Force management Tools, Systems and Processes are developed and relevant as well as implemented in all markets in Latam where Red Bull is sold through a Distribution Partner.3 distinct priorities: * Represents Red Bull in the Region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures an optimum customer service, as well as the continuous development of the Sales Process and of the Systems to support the expect growth in all commercial channels.
- Implement as global standard all Red Bull Field Force & Distribution Partner Management Tools Systems and Processes across all Markets.
- Support Markets to collaboratively add value to Distribution Partner performance, through considering RTM, value chain, process optimization and countries ability to drive Distribution Partners performance. Engage directly with distributors and potential distributors when required to develop business opportunities.

- Definition of a long-term distribution model for the region. Design and implement actions within the Business Plan focused on the development of the distribution model.
TOOLS, SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES
- Maintain and implement global Tools, Systems and Processes in all DP Markets (Process Champion).
DATA
- Optimise use of Data empowering markets in the insight driven use of the internal tools.
RTM
- Optimized Go to Market Strategy through Structure, Value chain, P&L & Partnerships.
DISTRIBUTION SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Implement DP & Field Force Training solutions and job descriptions/routines.
LEADERSHIP
- Work closely with all local Field Sales Distribution departments especially Sales Intelligence department to ensure prioritized activation of Distribution Partner and Distribution Partner Management systems tools and processes.
- Create and develop a strong commercial relationship with the top distributors, based on a sustainable win-win focus.
- Lead by example, especially smaller markets or less experienced teams
EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
- Education: University BA is a must – MBA/Masters/Post-Grad Degree is a plus
- Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese or Spanish / German is a plus
- Minimum 8 years sales management incl. Distribution Partner Management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Successful front-line experience in managing High-Level Distributors
- Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources (i.e. Nielsen, Canadean, etc)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Innovative, solution-oriented mindset
- High level of empathy
- Loyal and team player
- Self-motivated and able to work independently (high autonomy, self-starter)
- In-depth knowledge of FMCG industry, beverage industry a plus
- Must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Having lived and/or worked in/with different countries is a benefit
- Travel requirements – up to 50% of time
- Travel 40-50%
