Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe SMB Marketing en tant que **Philippines Marketing Manager**. Ce poste est crucial pour engager et inspirer les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) au début de leur parcours commercial, en générant et nourrissant des prospects de valeur élevée grâce à des partenariats stratégiques et des initiatives marketing diversifiées.
Responsabilités Clés
- Développer des stratégies d’activation : Créer un plan d’activation multi-canal pour accroître le pipeline des PME aux Philippines.
- Exécuter des campagnes marketing : Collaborer avec divers partenaires internes et externes pour stimuler la demande des solutions publicitaires TikTok.
- Adapter les narrations marketing : Concevoir des contenus adaptés aux besoins du marché, en communiquant clairement les stratégies de contenu.
- Créer et diriger des campagnes à grand échelle : Concevoir des campagnes saisonnières et permanentes pour atteindre divers publics.
- Évaluer les performances des campagnes : Suivre et fournir des rapports sur les opportunités d’optimisation.
- Gérer des agences tierces : Superviser l’exécution des stratégies de campagne avec des fournisseurs externes.
Exigences du Poste
Qualifications minimales :
- Expérience d’au moins 5 ans en marketing B2B pour les PME, idéalement dans le marché APAC.
- Connaissance approfondie des ventes et du marketing digital, notamment des solutions publicitaires de TikTok.
- Expérience dans des entreprises technologiques à forte croissance ou de conseil.
Qualifications préférées :
- Compétences organisationnelles et gestion de projets exceptionnelles.
- Capacité à évoluer dans l’ambiguïté et à s’adapter rapidement.
- Compétences analytiques pour extraire des insights actionnables des données complexes.

Our team is the first to meet, inspire and engage prospecting SMBs. We are at the start of the sales funnel and responsible for generating and nurturing new high value SMB prospects through strategic partnerships with external partners and activation of the leads through diverse marketing initiatives, lead nurturing programs, and collaboration with diverse internal/external stakeholders. Our ultimate goal as a team is to empower new businesses and agencies to successfully start TikTok advertising and grow their business through TikTok’s diverse advertising products. The Philippines Marketing Manager will deliver on the SMB growth objectives through full funnel marketing initiatives, with key priorities on lead generation and activation. As the Marketing Manager, you strategise, build, successfully execute and continuously iterate on the regional and Philippines go-to-market strategies. This is a role that will require a balance of creative, strategic and ambitious thinking with strong attention to detail, obsession with clients and data, hands-on attitude and ability to pivot the business efficiently.Responsibilities
1. Develop multi-channel, scalable activation strategy and go-to-market plan to grow the pipeline for small medium businesses in Philippines, driving new cash activated accounts and revenue growth in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Design, oversee and execute marketing campaign solutions working in close collaboration with cross functional partners incl. Sales, Marketing Solutions, Growth, Product, Vendor, TikTok Shop and external partners, to drive demand for TikTok for Business advertising solutions.
3. Build or adapt compelling program narratives, content and marketing assets to address unique market needs, including by leveraging market insights to inform content needs, and owning the communication of content strategies and timelines to cross functional partners and stakeholders
4. Create and lead full-funnel seasonal and evergreen campaigns (both online and offline), to a variety of audiences (advertisers, agencies, end users), including developing and executing events that align with business objectives and drive business goals
5. Develop and execute marketing strategies across various digital platforms.
6. Track and evaluate campaign performance and provide timely reporting on optimization opportunities and learnings that can be scaled to other campaigns, and/or across other APAC regions
7. Oversee the execution of campaign and content strategies through the management of third party vendors / agencies.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for Small & Medium Businesses industry in Philippines, and ideally with experience working across APAC markets
2. Strong knowledge of digital ads media sales and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok for Business advertising solutions as a plus
3. Strong knowledge of e-Commerce platforms and marketing processes, with an understanding of TikTok Shop as a plus
4. Strong understanding of and proven success in digital marketing strategies, email and messaging marketing tactics, organic and paid media tactics, and lead management
5. Experience at a highly dynamic, high-growth tech company or consultingPreferred Qualifications:
1. Excellent organization and project management skills with the capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once, and a proven track record of building and executing programs with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
2. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
3. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
4. Have a commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretched performance goals
5. Ability to identify opportunities, develop project scope and independently lead from ideation to execution
6. Creativity and a strong grasp of market trends and consumer behavior to craft strategies that align with business objectives and maximize market impact
