The RoleWhat Your Days Will Look LikeAs our Automation Specialist, you’ll work directly with our tech manager to implement automations and systematize processes for both internal operations and client delivery systems.Your typical day might include:
- Building and optimizing workflows in n8n to connect our various systems.
- Implementing LLM-powered solutions to automate content creation, data processing, and client communications.
- Documenting processes and creating detailed SOPs for the systems you build.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting when automations need adjustments.
- Researching and testing new automation possibilities to continuously improve our systems.

Compensation
- Salary range: $2,000-$2,500 USD per month.
- Full-time remote position.
Ideal ProfileWhat You Need to Be Good At * n8n Expertise: Strong experience with n8n or similar automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.)
- LLM Implementation: Experience working with and implementing Large Language Models for practical business applications.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and create connected, efficient workflows.
- Process Documentation: Clear, detailed documentation skills for creating SOPs.
- Problem Solving: Creative approaches to automation challenges and technical troubleshooting.
Some coding experience would be a bonus, but it’s not required. We’re more interested in your ability to think systematically and implement effective automations.Why This Job Might Not Be For You
- You must be available during 9-5 EST hours for team collaboration.
- We have a weekly Monday morning team meeting that you’ll need to attend.
- This role requires a significant amount of detail-oriented work and documentation.
- You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve.
- We have a cameras-on policy for all meetings.
